Shaykh Said Rageah
Shaykh Said Rageah was born in Somalia and raised in Saudi Arabia. He earned his B.A. in Islamic Studies and Masters in Shari’ah
from the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in Fairfax, Virginia.
He studied under prominent Scholars like Shaykh Abdul Aziz Al Fowzan,
Shaykh Yusuf Ashubaily, Shaykh AlKhudair, Shaykh Rashid Aladawni and
Shaykh Fahad al Alhaoud. Before moving to Canada, Shaykh Said founded
and served as Imaam of Masjid Aya in Maryland and established the ‘IQ’
Qur’an Institute.
Shaykh Said Rageah is the Imam of Abu Huraira Islamic Center, Instructor at Al-Maghrib Institute and Director of Ummah Times Magazine.

Shaykh Alaa Elsayed - Canada
Shaykh Alaa
was born in Cairo and lived in Egypt until he was 15 years old. He
studied for his Bachelors in Shari’ah at the American International
University, and has earned a scholarship from the Shari’ah Academy in
Egypt / Florida. He has also received his Ijazah of Qur’an recitation
for Hafs ‘an Asim, studied comparative religion for five years through
the IPCI in South Africa, and was on the board of director of the World
Assembly of Muslim Youth.
He also appeared as a speaker on Islam on various television channels.
Currently Shaykh Alaa is the Director of Religious Affairs for the
Islamic Centre of Canada – ISNA. Prior to that, he was the Executive
Director for the Canadian Islamic Congress. He is also an instructor for
AlKauthar and is also the Director of Public Relations for Mercy Mission World..

Yusha Evans - USA
Yusha Evans
was raised in South Carolina as a strict Methodist. He studied in a
Bible college where he learnt the Bible in Hebrew and Greek. The many
contradictions and inconsistancies in the Bible led him to search for
God in every religion from Judaism to Buddism, Wicca to Bushido. He
attended the Friday prayer at a local Mosque at the request of a Muslim
friend where he saw the Muslims praying, bowing and prostrating with
their heads on the floor, which instantly reminded him of all the verses
of the Bible describing the prayer of the prophets.
Yusha
has studied under numerous Muslims teachers in the U.S and Egypt. He is
currently working as a full time caller to Islam and has travelled
extensively conducting Dawah Workshops.

Abdurraheem Green - UK
Abdurraheem Green, born to British parents in Darussalam, Tanzania, embraced Islam in 1988.
Educated at a famous Roman Catholic Monastic School he went on to study
history in the London University. However, he left his education
unfinished.
Abdurraheem
Green currently works with an Islamic media company based in England
and engages himself in da’wah activities. He also delivers talks and
lectures for Muslims, and concentrates on the pure teaching of Prophet
Muhammad salAllahu alayhi wa sallam and the early Muslims. He has been
teaching Islam in the West for many years and makes appearances on
several television channels worldwide including Islam Channel, Huda TV,
and Peace TV and is one of the founders of iERA.

Shaykh Abu Abdissalam - Makkah
Shaykh Abu Abdissalam was born in Coventry and was raised in London. He joined Dar Al-Hadith Al-Khayriyyah
in the blessed city of Makkah and obtained a degree in Islamic Studies
specialising in Hadith and its Sciences. During his time there, he
studied under many of the prominent scholars of our time. During the
course of his studies he has acquired ijazas for all of the six major
books of Hadith. In addition, he also has ijazas for a number of other
books.
He
makes regular appearances on several television channels worldwide
including Islam Channel, Huda TV and Islamic Network TV and is an
instructor for AlKauthar Institute and Islamic Network. He is also a special advisor for iERA.

Hamza Andreas Tzortzis - UK
Hamza Andreas Tzortzis
is an international public speaker on Islam. He is a writer with
articles, essays and commentaries on political philosophy, the
philosophy of religion and society. Hamza is an intellectual activist
actively engaging on issues pertaining to religion, social cohesion and
politics. He is also a researcher with a recent publication on
non-Muslim perceptions on Islam and Muslims.
Hamza
regularly participates in debates and symposiums with leading
intellectuals, public speakers and academics on topics concerning
western and Islamic philosophy, politics and current affairs. He
regularly appears in the media explaining and demystifying Islam and
providing unique perspectives on current affairs. He has appeared on the
BBC, Press TV, Islam Channel, Nile TV, Ummah TV, Iqra TV, and Islamic
Network TV. He is also a member of iERA.

Shaykh Abu Hasnayn Murtaza Khan - UK
Shaykh Abu Hasnayn Murtaza Khan graduated from the International Islamic University Islamabad in June 2001 with B.A. Honours in Usool-ud-Din and has been actively involved in the field of da’wah for many years.
At present, he is a teacher at the Tayyibun Institute, London . He is
also a visiting khateeb at Al-Ansar Islamic Education Centre, Islamic
Da’wah Centre and University of East London.
He
has worked closely with numerous organisations and individuals to
promote Islam and has translated and presented various seminars and
lectures. He is involved in da’wah across the UK and travels extensively
to promote and revive the pure and monotheistic religion of Islam to
Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

Shaykh Wasim Kempson
Shaykh Wasim Kempson
graduated from the Islamic University of Madinah with a B.A. Hons. in
Shari’ah and specialises in the field of Fiqh and Aqeedah. He is
currently teaching Aqeedah in various institutes in addition to holding
lectures in the community. Wasim Kempson is extensively involved in
local da’wah projects and has been for many years.

Shaykh Bilal Ismail
Shaykh Bilal Ismail
was born in Durban, South Africa. He memorised the Qurʾan while
studying at school and went on to complete high school in 1998. He was
accepted into the Islamic University of Madinah in 2001 where he
completed his Diploma in Arabic followed by a B.A. in Islamic Law from
the faculty of Sharīʿah.
After
graduating, he returned to South Africa where he has been teaching Fiqh
and Tafsīr weekly classes in Durban since the summer of 2007 and says
he is “still a student of knowledge – and will always be!”

Shaykh Abu Usamah
Passionate and outspoken, Shaykh Abu Usamah is the Imam of Green Lane Masjid
in Birmingham, UK. His love for Islam has led him to deliver lectures
and seminars in many parts of the world. He is also an expert translator
for many Arab speakers visiting the West to disseminate Islamic
knowledge. Shaykh Abu Usamah grew up as a Christian in New Jersey. He
embraced Islam in 1986; he studied Islam at the Islamic University of
Madinah and earned his degree in Usul al-Deen and Da’wah.
He spent two intensive summers learning from two of the most eminent scholars of our time, Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Baz and Shaykh Muhammad al-‘Uthaymin.
With a remarkable style of speaking, Shaykh Abu Usamah often mentions
quotes during his lectures without looking at any written material, and
when asked about how he is able to do that, he simply replies, “It is
tawfiq from Allah.”

Shaykh Navaid Aziz
Shaykh Navaid Aziz
has been described as being a gem in and of himself. Shaykh Navaid has a
way of making each student feel special, as though he is talking to
them one-on-one.
Hailing
from Montreal, Quebec Shaykh Navaid is a man of many cultures and
flavours. He completed an associate’s degree in Commerce and Social
Sciences before heading to the illustrious Islamic University of
Madinah. Sh. Navaid went on to complete a diploma in the Arabic language
as well as a B.A. in Shari’ah (Islamic Law), with a specialisation in
Fiqh and Usul Al-Fiqh.
Upon
returning to North America Shaykh Navaid joined the speakers circuit
and has travelled the world lecturing and teaching. He is the founder of
My Spiritual Ffix a modern day approach to spirituality. He serves the Muslim community as a family and youth counselor.

Shaykh Assim al-Hakeem
Shaykh Assim al-Hakeem graduated from the prestigious Umm al-Qura University in Makkah, Saudi Arabia in 1998. At present Shaikh Assim is an Imam of a masjid in Jeddah,
a role which he has held for the past 19 years, where the Shaykh
delivers the weekly Friday sermons and lectures on various Islamic
Sciences.
Shaykh
Assim al-Hakeem also participates regularly on both Islamic radio and
television programs to spread the authentic teachings of the Qur’an and
Sunnah.
Currently Shaykh Assim al-Hakeem also occupies a managerial position in a leading global industrial company.

Shaykh Abuz Zubair - UK
Shaykh
Abuz Zubair is a graduate of Dar Al Hadith Al Khayriyyah, Makkah. He
was an Imam at Lewisham Masjid and currently is active in da'wah in the
London area. He is currently teaching Aqeedah Tahawiyyah in English in
South London and regularly gives khutbahs.
