Conservative Party to introduce 'mosque closure orders'
The Conservative Party will introduce new powers to close down any mosque which hosts extremists, Theresa May said today.
The new 'mosque closure orders' would give the government widespread powers to close down any premises which are either run by, or welcome, extremist speakers.
May said she would also introduce new banning orders against extremist groups, review the sharia court system and introduce new "extremism disruption orders" against individual extremists.
In a decidedly neo-Conservative speech, May channeled the language of George Bush, saying the nation faced a new battle between "them and us".
"For too long we have let the extremists define the 'them and us'," she told a press conference in central London.
"We, the 'us' will form a new partnership and show 'them' that we want nothing to do with their hatred bigotry and ignorance."
Those refusing to join this new alliance would feel the full force of the law, she said.
"To those people who do not want to join this partnership. To those people who choose consciously to reject our values, the message is equally clear.
"The game is up. We will no longer tolerate your behaviour. We will expose your hateful beliefs for what they are.
"Where you seek to spread hate, we will disrupt you. Where you break the law we will prosecute you. Where you seek to divide us we will stand united and together we will defeat you."

May admitted that she has not secured agreement from her coalition partners for the new measures but said they would be included in the upcoming Conservative manifesto.
Her speech comes at an unfortunate time for the party, as one of their own candidates comes under fire for allegedly trying to form an alliance with the far-right extremists the EDL.
Labour today criticised Theresa May for not acting sooner.
"She has had five years as Home Secretary to do all these things, yet too many of her promises are the opposite of what she has done in Government," shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper said.
"She could have had banning orders, reviewed sharia courts, and insisted preachers speak English five years ago, rather than leaving it until now.
"Everyone other than the extremists agree that we should robustly defend and actively promote the pluralistic values our society rightly holds in esteem. But it isn't enough for the Home Secretary to say it, she needs to act.
"We need to work in as many communities as possible, throughout the UK, to support civil society and defeat extremism. And we should never tie the hands of our agencies and the police in confronting dangerous, violent extremists. The Government's record is one of making that harder, not easier."

EXTRAORDINARY MEDIA COVERAGE OF BRITISH CIA-MOSSAD "MOHAMED ATA"
BRITAIN'S SECRET SERVICES' HIRED AGENT ANDY CHOWDURY BEING USED 6 MILLION TIMES IN THE MEDIA AS WEAPON AGAINST ISLAM AND MUSLIMS JUST AS THEY DID WITH THEIR AGENT OMAR BAKRI!
Swilling beer, smoking dope and leering at porn, the other side of hate preacher 'Andy' Choudary
The British live 'like animals in a jungle' with their alcohol, gambling, prostitution and pornography.
That is the stated view of Anjem Choudary, the preacher of hate who this week insulted the families of dead soldiers and branded their marching comrades as cowards.
The extremist wants Britain to be brought under Sharia law, with women forced to wear burkas and put to death for adultery.Yet before he grew his beard and turned to fundamentalism, Choudary, 41, was very much the life and soul of the party at Southampton University.Big night out: The university law student Anjem Choudary's reading list extended to this soft-porn title
New identity: Choudary, centre, moved to radical Islam soon after qualifying as a solicitor
Photographs obtained by the Mail suggest 'Andy' - as he was then known - should be inflicting on himself the 40 lashes he prescribes for drunkenness.
As well as downing cider and lager, the cleric is shown playing drinking games with cards, clearly forbidden under his strict Islamic laws, and holding a cannabis joint between his lips before smoking it.
And the woman on the cover of the Mayfair pornographic magazine he is looking at is certainly not wearing a burka.
On the evidence of friends from his student days, Choudary had sex with numerous white Christian girls.
Under his version of Sharia law, he should be stoned to death for sex outside marriage.
High time: Choudary with a beer and joint, and right, swigging a cider in one go
One former friend said: 'I can't keep a straight face when I see "fundamentalist Muslim Anjem Choudary" in the papers attacking the British for drinking or having girlfriends.
'And he was ruthless with girls. When he briefly worked as an English teacher for foreign students in London, he'd pull one of them every few days, sleep with her, then move on to another.
'If Sharia law was introduced, he would have been whipped and stoned to death many times over.'
Choudary, who was born in South-East London to a market stall-holder of Pakistani descent, has become one of the faces of extremist Islam.
But in his days as a law student, he experimented with LSD, hallucinating and laughing hysterically for more than 20 hours.
After he qualified as a solicitor, however, he swiftly moved into ever more radical Islam.
Former acquaintances said this was possibly because he was angered by his failure to land a well-paid job with a big City law firm.
At a mosque in Woolwich he met notorious firebrand preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed and quickly became his right-hand man.
He also mixed with hook-handed demagogue Abu Hamza, who once called for bomb attacks on British civilian aircraft at a meeting chaired by Choudary.
Choudary, meanwhile, is an ever-more prominent spokesman for radical Islam in Britain - despite the fact that the two groups he ran with Bakri, Al Muhajiroun and Al-Ghurabaa, have been banned.
So he was quick this week to support the radicals who protested against Royal Anglian Regiment soldiers marching in Luton on their return from Iraq.
Outrageously, he called them 'cowards who cannot fight, as their uncanny knack for death by friendly fire illustrates'.
Yesterday, the father-of-three, who lives in East London on benefits from the state he so condemns, returned to the attack.
When it was suggested he was the most reviled man in Britain, he said: 'That's a badge I would wear with pride.'
He added that 'through jihad' - which he insists would be jihad of the word, rather than the sword - he sought 'a pure Islamic state with Sharia law in Britain'.
'Every woman, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, would have to wear a traditional burka,' he said. 'Anyone who becomes intoxicated by alcohol would be given 40 lashes in public, and people who commit adultery would be stoned to death.'
When confronted about his dubious past, Choudary, who is separated from his wife, denied it.
Last night, Bakri, speaking from Lebanon where he fled to four years ago, said: 'I don't believe the rumours against my good friend Mr Choudary are really true.'
Supported by Choudary, the Muslim protesters who demonstrated against the Royal Anglian Regiment on Tuesday defiantly returned to the streets of Luton yesterday, handing out leaflets criticising the 'racist British public'.
Britain's former most senior Muslim police officer, Tarique Ghaffur, called for the demonstrators to be brought to justice.
Tariq Mahmood, of the Islamic Cultural Society, based at Luton's Central Mosque, said the protesters were notorious for causing trouble.
'This small group of people is not representative of the Muslim community,' he said.
Fanatic Ibrahim Moussawi was yesterday finally denied a visa to enter Britain.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith ruled the Hezbollah spokesman should not be allowed to travel here, despite at least two previous visits to the UK on her watch.
We'll shut down extremist mosques supporting terror, warns Theresa May in fresh drive to defeat extremism
- Theresa May wants to drive out 'significant' number of fanatics in Britain
- Under Tory manifesto plans, Home Secretary would ban hate preachers
- Pledged to use new 'closure orders' to shut mosques used by fanatics
- Also review Sharia courts amid fears they are used to oppress women
- The Home Secretary told Islamist fanatics in British: 'The game is up'
- Theresa May yesterday unveiled a raft of controversial powers to drive Muslim extremists from British public life – including the closure of mosques which harbour fanatics. The Home Secretary said Britain had tolerated extremist views for too long and hardliners needed to understand the 'game is up' for anybody who rejects British values. Her wish-list included sending hit squads modelled on the Government's Troubled Families Programme into 'isolated' communities to teach English and encourage children to mix with youngsters from other backgrounds.
Home Secretary Theresa May (above) will promise to drive out the 'significant' number of fanatics who have been able to infiltrate British establishmentsAs the Mail revealed yesterday, there will also be new civil orders to silence preachers of hate, a review of sharia courts and new rules making it easier to ban extremist groups.Public spending on translation services will be cut to encourage all Muslims to speak English. It will be a requirement for religious workers with pastoral responsibilities to learn the language.Meanwhile, a new Extremism Analysis Unit is being established inside the Home Office to draw up a blacklist of individuals and organisations which the public sector should not engage with.Mrs May said the aim was to ensure 'nobody unwittingly lends legitimacy or credibility to extremists' and ensure ministers don't just speak to 'self-appointed and often unrepresentative community leaders'.Closure orders would be served on any premises owned or occupied by extremists or used to host extremist speakers – including mosques. She called for a new partnership to defeat the fanatics, saying: 'To those who do not want to join this new partnership, to those who choose consciously to reject our values and the basic principles of our society, the message is equally clear: the game is up. We will no longer tolerate your behaviour.'
Mrs May told Islamist hardliners: 'The game is up. We will no longer tolerate your behaviour. We will expose your hateful beliefs for what they are'
Mrs May is expected to set out priorities for a Tory government - including a review of Sharia courts and powers to stop preachers of hate like Anjem Choudary (pictured) from public speaking or using social mediaTory MPs welcomed her uncompromising stance in which she criticised those who sought to excuse Islamist extremism as mere 'social conservatism'. But, published less than two months before the election, her plan is a list of ambitions rather than a blueprint for Government. The measures will be included in the Tory manifesto but, in the event of a new Coalition, would be fiercely resisted by the Liberal Democrats. The speech was seen at Westminster as a reminder of Mrs May's leadership credentials if David Cameron stands down after the election. MPs said it had echoes of Margaret Thatcher, who once declared: 'Where there is discord, may we bring harmony.'Comparisons were also made with Tony Blair's 12-point plan for tackling terror, unveiled in the aftermath of the 7/7 attacks. The Labour Prime Minister famously declared that the 'rules of the game are changing' but later abandoned his own proposal for mosque closure orders after a backlash from Muslim groups. Mrs May's plans follow a series of bitter rows inside the Coalition over counter-terrorism strategy. The Liberal Democrats have made it clear they will oppose any attempt to limit free speech. At least four Tory Cabinet ministers, including Education Secretary Nicky Morgan and Communities Secretary Eric Pickles, are also understood to have argued the strategy needs more work. The proposals drew an angry response from some Muslim groups. Islamic Human Rights Commission chairman Massoud Shadjareh said: 'Nobody will be fooled by the Home Secretary's claims that these measures are designed to tackle extremism.'They are a shameless expression of a hate and bigotry that is increasingly becoming normalised in Britain.' Manzoor Moghal, chairman of the Muslim Forum think tank, said the proposals would infringe people's freedom of speech.Shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper said: 'Everyone other than the extremists agrees we should robustly defend and actively promote the pluralistic values our society rightly holds in esteem. But it isn't enough for the Home Secretary to say it, she needs to act.'The Home Office defines extremism as 'vocal or active opposition to fundamental British values including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs'. It also includes 'calls for the death of members of armed forces whether in this country or overseas'.Oxford Union invites hate preacher Anjem Choudary to speak despite being on bail for being member of banned terror group - Hate preacher Anjem Choudary invited to speak by debating society

Hate preacher Anjem Choudary has been invited to speak at the Oxford Union despite being on police bail on suspicion of being a member of a banned terror groupHate preacher Anjem Choudary has been invited to speak at the Oxford Union despite being on police bail on suspicion of being a member of a banned terror group. The notorious rabble rouser received his invitation from the debating society a day before Home Secretary Theresa May announced a crackdown on Islamic extremists. The letter said it would be a 'great privilege' to have Choudary appear as the star guest.Choudary, who once said that Woolwich terror victim Fusilier Lee Rigby would 'burn in hellfire', was even offered a choice of days on which to attend the debate entitled: This house believes that radicalism is born at home.Britain's most notorious hate preacher proudly showed off his invitation after launching a hate-filled rant against Western society outside the Houses of Parliament yesterday. He said: 'I am still on police bail after being arrested by Scotland Yard in September last year.'But the police can't stop me from speaking. They can't stop me from going to the Oxford Union where I've been invited to speak.'He was one of nine men held in a series of co-ordinated dawn raids by counter terrorism police in September last year. All the men were held on suspicion of being a member of, or backing a banned terrorist group and supporting terrorism. The alleged offences, which come under two counter- terrorism acts, carry a maximum penalty of seven years' imprisonment.Choudary, 47, was arrested at an unknown location after fleeing his home in the middle of the night in the wake of threats from far-Right groups.Just hours before he was held, he posted a burst of nine inflammatory messages on Twitter, branding US bombing raids in Syria as a 'rallying call for Muslims' and labelling the actions of Western governments in Muslim countries as 'terrorism'.Since then he has remained on bail and must next attend a police station at the end of April when police can either charge him, release him or extend his bail.Choudary, who founded the radical Islamic group Al-Muhajiroun 20 years ago which was later banned, is seen as a recruiting sergeant for Britain's radical Muslims. He has played a cynical cat-and-mouse game with British authorities and has been careful to keep his incendiary speeches on the right side of Britain's hate law.Worryingly, he has warned that jailing him will give him access to a new, captive congregation to radicalise inside prison.
The Oxford Union is famous for its normally high-minded debates, in which Britain's academic elite and their often very distinguished guests discuss the key issues of our timeSpeaking after a Home Office banning order, the preacher said: 'If they arrest me and put me in prison, I will carry on in prison. I'll radicalise everyone in prison.'Despite this, the Oxford Union are willing to invite him to take part in a debate alongside impressionable young undergraduates. The invitation also flies in the face of the numerous studies highlighting the problem of radicalisation at some of Britain's universities.Yesterday Choudary launched a tirade of venom at the British establishment after Mrs May said the Home Office is drawing up a blacklist of extremist individuals and organisations with whom the government and public sector should not engage. He said the David Cameron and Mrs May have committed more atrocities than members of Islamic State.Choudary also said he would be happy to travel to Syria to live with the terror group if the police gave him his passport back.'I believe people should be allowed to travel where they want to and go to ISIS controlled territory to live under Sharia law,' he said.'I would love to travel to Syria and take my wife and children with me, not to commit terrorism but to live under Sharia law. I had my passport taken away from me in September. If you give me a passport, I will go.'In Britain women who don't have their basic needs fulfilled are having to prostitute themselves. Elderly people are having to choose between food and heating their houses. In ISIS territories they are given food and water and have gas.'He said that was only a matter of time before Sharia law is enshrined in the British constitution.'There is nothing anyone can do to prevent it,' Choudary said. 'A few years ago the government said if you don't want to live by our laws then you can go. If you stop people leaving and take away their passports they have no choice but to bring Sharia law here. It is better to let them go.'Communism is dead, capitalism is dying, Islam is the future. Islam is the fastest growing religion. I have no doubt that one day the whole of the world will be governed by Sharia and the flag of Islam will fly over Big Ben, when justice prevails.'The Union is famous for its normally high-minded debates, in which Britain's academic elite and their often very distinguished guests discuss the key issues of our time. One of the Union's most notorious debates came in 1933 - when Adolf Hitler was beginning his rise to power - and was anything but light-hearted.Undergraduates passed the controversial motion, 'This house would not in any circumstances fight for King and country'.It was criticised at the time by Winston Churchill as 'abject, squalid and shameless'. Last night it declined to comment on Choudary's invitation.- UK EDITION

Hate cleric Anjem Choudary 'invited' to Oxford Union debate
Radical Muslim preacher Anjem Choudary has been invited to address students at the Oxford Union, he has claimed.
Hate cleric Choudary – who defended the Charlie Hebdo massacre on religious grounds and also acted as a mentor to one of the killers of soldier Lee Rigby – has been told by Oxford University's debating society it would be a "great privilege" if he did speak to students about fundamentalism.
Choudary is known for making inflammatory statements about the coming of a Shariah state in which "the flag of Islam will fly over Big Ben" and hailing terror group Islamic State (Isis), for its vicious interpretation of Muslim law.
The former lawyer – who sank bottles of beer and posed with porn magazines when he was younger – has reportedly been invited to speak at a debate entitled "This house believes that radicalism is born at home".
Choudary revealed his invitation during a street protest in Westminster. "I am still on police bail after being arrested by Scotland Yard in September last year," he said. "But the police can't stop me from speaking. They can't stop me from going to the Oxford Union where I've been invited to speak.'
Choudary, 47, is currently on police bail for allegedly belonging to a banned group and supporting terrorism. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted.
The east London resident told IBTimes UK of his wish to live in territory controlled by IS and even said he would conduct a "farewell press conference" at Heathrow Airport.
The Oxford Union did not reply when contacted by IBTimes UK.

The Jewish holiday of Purim is based on the Old Testament “Book of Esther” – the only Bible book which can be described as secular -- with not a single mention of God in it. Purim is a festive occasion (usually in March) for both religious and secularized chosenites. Among the adult celebrants, the merry-making is often enhanced by imbibing large amounts of booze. The children will often dress-up in costumes and play games. To outside observers, the whole affair seems harmless enough --- nothing wrong with a bit of cheerful community partying once a year, is there? The article, written by a Rabbi, describes the essence of Purim:“No day is more associated with Jewish joy…Let us briefly review the plot. The Persian King Ahasuerus is overcome by drunken rage and rids himself of his wife. He conducts a search for a new queen, ultimately choosing a beautiful Jewish woman named Esther, who is advised by her cousin Mordecai not to disclose her religious identity.Haman, the high-ranking minister to Ahasuerus, convinces the king to decree a genocide of the Jews. Urged into action by her cousin, Esther plays on the king’s paranoia, engaging in court intrigue to turn him against Haman, who is hanged on the gallows he had prepared for Mordecai. At Esther’s initiative, and with Ahasuerus’ encouragement, Jews across the empire wage war against Haman’s allies, and Mordecai is given the political position once held by Haman."So, big bad "anti-Semitic" ™ Haman wanted to genocide the ever-innocent Jews (just for the bloody darn heck of it, dontcha' know) – but the plot blows up in his face because the cunning Esther, coached by the super-cunning Mordecai, has P-whipped the King of Persia into killing Haman instead -- and then appointing Morty to fill his position. That doesn’t sound too bad -- but alas, as we shall soon see, the Rabbi left out the really good stuff.1. Mordecai (Soros) and Esther plot revenge against the "anti-Semites" -- who, for some inexplicable reason, seem to exist in every age and in every nation. // 2. The useful idiot King is P-whipped by Esther. // 3. Esther condemns Haman to death. The story of Purim is read out loud at synagogue each year. As the bloody tale of palace intrigue and revenge is told, the rowdy congregants -- both children and adults (some of them already tipsy) -- are encouraged to make a tremendous racket with their noisemakers whenever the name "Haman" is mentioned. Here at "The Editorial Board" of The Anti-New York Times, our policy is to seek out and present original-source history whenever possible. And what better way to expose the hateful horror story of Purim than by posting an abridged version of the bloody ending from The Book of Esther itself. Have a look:*****(Haman has already been hanged)The king's command and decree came into force ... and the day on which the enemies of the Jews had hoped to crush them produced the very opposite effect: the Jews it was who crushed their enemies. In towns throughout the provinces, the Jews assembled to strike at those who had planned to injure them. No one resisted them, since the various peoples were now all afraid of them. Provincial officers-of-state, satraps, governors and royal officials, all supported the Jews for fear of Mordecai. And indeed Mordecai was a power in the palace and his fame was spreading through all the provinces. So the Jews struck down all their enemies with the sword, with resulting slaughter and destruction, and worked their will on their opponents. In the citadel of Susa alone, the Jews put to death and slaughtered five hundred men, notably the ten sons of Haman. The king said to Queen Esther, 'In the citadel of Susa the Jews have killed five hundred men and also the ten sons of Haman. What must they have done in the other provinces of the realm? Tell me your request; I grant it to you. Tell me what else you would like; it is yours for the asking.''If such is the king's pleasure,' Esther replied, 'let the Jews of Susa be allowed to enforce today's decree tomorrow as well. And as for the ten sons of Haman, let their bodies be hanged on the gallows.'Whereupon, the king having given the order, the edict was promulgated in Susa and the ten sons of Haman were hanged. Thus the Jews of Susa reassembled on the fourteenth day of the month of Adar and killed three hundred men in the city. The other Jews who lived in the king's provinces also assembled to defend their lives and rid themselves of their enemies. They slaughtered seventy-five thousand of their opponents. On the fourteenth day they rested and made it a day of feasting and gladness. This is why Jewish country people keep the fourteenth day of the month of Adar as a day of gladness, feasting and holiday-making, and the exchanging of presents with one another.Mordecai committed these events to writing. Then he sent letters to all the Jews enjoining them to celebrate the fourteenth and fifteenth days of the month of Adar every year. ...Thus commemorated and celebrated from generation to generation, in every family, in every province, in every city, these days of Purim will never be abrogated among the Jews, nor will their memory perish from their race."*****So you see, boys and girls, the festival of Purim (much like Passover and Hanukah) is a war-holiday; and it joyfully celebrates the genocide of fear-stricken Aryans (Persians) who, evidently, had grown weary of the usual suspects and for the usual reasons.1. Jewish children re-enact the hanging of Haman. // 2. Israeli children dress up as the burning Twin Towers -- complete with impaled exploding airplanes to celebrate Purim. // Symbolic eating of one's enemies: "Hamantashen" cookies for Purim, aka Haman's Ears!
Now, about the repeated mention of the hanging of those "ten sons of Haman" (cue the noisemakers)--- let us fast-forward to the wholly-Jewish-run 1945-46 Nuremberg Show Trials and the subsequent execution-murders of some who were left of the German High Command.
Let us cast The Great One (that's Hitler for you newbies and normies) in the role of Haman -- having already been killed (driven to suicide). There would then be ten so-called "Nazis" hanged at Nuremberg -- "the ten sons of Haman." Coincidence?
Julius Streicher -- the "anti-Semitic" publisher of "Der Sturmer" and one of those condemned (for his printed words) -- sure didn't think so. As Streicher mounted the gallows platform, he defiantly shouted out: "Purimfest 1946!"
Tell it. Herr Streicher. Tell it!
And after the hood was placed over Strecher's head, he was heard to mutter, "Adelle, my dear wife." Adding cruelty to injustice, Streicher's execution was "bungled." The poor man went down suffering with his feet kicking because the initial drop had failed to severe his spine and produce the quick death as it was supposed to. Purimfest indeed!REVENGE!1. Jewish children's book depicts the hanging of the "ten sons of Haman." // 2. Jewish-owned NY Daily News "10 Nazis Hang" -- the ten "sons" of Hitler (Goering was "suicided" in his cell) // 3. Julius Streicher astutely realized the symbolic Purim-Nuremberg connection.
Boobus Americanus 2: The Jewish people are very proud of their traditions.
*St. Sugar: And revengeful murder is the most celebrated of their traditionss!
Editor: Vindictive 'Nazi-Hunter" demons just nabbed another 94-year-old SS hero in Tennessee; and will be deporting him to occupied Germany to spend his remaining years in prison.
