I believe that this is the greatest interview Jim Fetzer ever made to this day except for the sad anti-Islam rant by Mrs Moriarty - Sharia beheadings, Sharia rape, Sharia Black genocide, Sharia atrocities, Islamic radicalism, and on and on! Utter bovine excrements! These are typical Western atrocities perpetrated in Vietnam, Algeria, Afghanistan, and other coutries they invaded and targeted! If the US American still do not rise up to replace their Satanic government they are doomed! Tomorrow is too late! Russia betrayed too big time like in 1967! Muhammad Ali Ben MarcusI see the Moriarty going over the board with their anti-Islam rant! Caliph Obama? Satanic CIA-MOSSAD-MI6-DGSE mercenaries, rapists, cutthroats, mass murderers to establish a SHARIA STATE! What kind of nonsense is this? BAFS
Muammar al Ghaddafi was invited by some friends to join them at the top of a mountain. Muammar executed a man's dance and fell to the ground.
I grabbed him in tears while we both were lying on the ground with the Holy Qur'aan playing in the background. He died and I woke up with the Holy Qur'aan (Al-Baqarah) still playing from

Benghazi Whistleblowers – The story behind the cover-up - CTM #670
We are whistleblowers as eye witnesses to the war crimes committed in
Libya by Hillary Clinton. We are the official spokespersons for the
tribes of Libya and have given actionable intelligence on the ground in
Libya to the DIA who agent (Eric Maddox) was in our home many times. We
have also had the FBI and CIA in our home (the CIA was brought into our
home by Glenn Becks production company “The Blaze”) The CIA lady told us
if we did not shut up about Libya we would have no life, at that point
we went public. We brought back from Libya with us, 2 Gb of proof of the
war crimes committed by Clinton and her NATO partners. We have proof
that the Libyan war was started by a lie and was a false flag. We also
know that Clinton and Obama have been supplying the terrorists in Libya
with arms, money and mercenaries since 2011. We stay in touch daily with
the tribes of Libya.

NATO Has a New Problem! Aisha Gaddafi Is the True Daughter of Her Father
Exactly
one week ago, NATO, after the failure of the "national consensus
government" in Libya, has another problem – the daughter of the leader
of Jamahiriya - Aisha Gaddafi. After four years of silence, in a letter
from Eritrea, she turned to the Libyans with a call to resist the new
conquest of the West and declare themselves the successor of her
legendary father – "the mother of Libya." The largest Libyan tribe "the
warfalla", in the town of Beni Walid (Misurata), has already sworn
allegiance to Aisha, proclaiming their commitment to the Jamahiriya. In
response, the BBC circulated new, updated footage of the lynching of
Muammar Gaddafi, aware of the particularly acute nervous reaction of his
daughter. Meanwhile NATO convened an emergency meeting in the
Netherlands on the situation in Libya.
Aisha
has every reason to send a "black mark" to the West. She is the only
child of Gaddafi who today can have an impact on the minds of Libyans
and because the West represents a real threat. The only daughter of
eight children of Gaddafi, it is typical of the fanaticism of women that
they are able to defend their "child-Libyans". Enlightened in the best
traditions of the Sorbonne, she announced the creation of a secret
government in Libya and abroad. The West immediately accused her of
taking a Martyr's death like the one that took her father. However, in
addition to her father's death, Aisha still has a personal score to
settle – the deaths of one child and a sibling from a NATO airstrike.
However,
if in the West Aisha Gaddafi has long been known as a oriental beauty, a
vivid contrast with the Bedouin traditions of her father, those in
Russia almost know nothing about her. She's 39 years old. Even before
the coup in Libya, she was the predicted successor to Gaddafi, despite
the fact that she is a woman, moreover, far from Muslim moderation. Her
father's favorite from childhood, she was inspired by his ideas and was
brought up in the dynastic traditions of the new era of the Libyan Arab
socialist Jamahiriya, which should release, if not the whole world,
Africa definitely. Before the coup, the light handed journalists gave
her the nickname "African Claudia Schiffer", with long bleached hair,
slender figure and unique style: skinny jeans, stilettos from Gucci and
Muslim headscarf-attire.
However,
in 2011, her image dramatically changed from a European top model to
wearing a hijab. She overtly expressed a protest against Western
intervention in the affairs of her country, becoming closer to the
people. The status of Gaddafi's daughter, Aisha, was obliged to be a
continuation of his policies, even in their personal lives. The only
daughter of Muammar Gaddafi married her own cousin, Colonel Ahmed
al-Gaddafi al-Kashi, preserving the purity of the tribal blood in the
male line. Pedigree mythology – the migration of the tribe of al-Gaddafi
from Iraq during the time of Muhammad led to the participation of
Aisha, a lawyer in the defence team of Saddam Hussein. At the UN, she
defended the ideals of the African Gaddafi as a goodwill Ambassador to
combat hunger and AIDS in Africa.
That
is why Muammar al-Gaddafi did not allow her to stay in Libya after the
capital Tripoli was captured by rebels in August 2011. Five days after
the occupation of the residence of Gaddafi his wife Safia and heavily
pregnant daughter were sent to Algeria,
accompanied by two sons Muhammad and Hannibal. And he was right: after
three days Aisha gave birth to a girl. The death of Gaddafi on October
21st, took her power in life, however, after hospitalization she began
her war. Twice, despite the ban on the Algerian authorities, she called,
in a video message, for Libyans to avenge the killing of Muammar
Gaddafi, and a year later, in October 2012, she was forced to go to
Oman. By that time she was already deprived of her status at the UN and
the threat of Interpol regarding political activities still lingered.
Aisha Gaddafi believes that "Gaddafi is not in Libya, he is in the
hearts of Libyans".
MUAMMAR AL GHADDAFI THE GREATEST AFRICAN AND ARAB OF THEM ALL!
DR SALIM LAIBI - WITCHCRAFT OF THE ELITE
The media has successfully
painted Ghaddafi as a hard-core dictator, tyrant whatever you want to call him.
However, the media as usual has also
failed to show the kind, giving Gaddafi we never heard of. Ghaddafi, unlike most dictators, I will refrain
from naming them, has managed to show his humane side, the very side we dream of
seeing in other dictators who just talk and talk.
I consider Libyans lucky to a certain extent
and one wonders with the new democratic rule they cry for will it improve or
worsen life for them. Yes, Gaddafi has spent millions of Libya`s money on
personal ventures, but is the average Libyan poor? We know others who take a
country and destroy it until you feel like there is no hope of restoring this country…
looting some prefer to call it. Did Ghaddafi loot Libya in any way?
Now let us get to a few unknown
facts about the Libyan leader Muammar al Ghaddafi
1. There is no electricity bill in Libya
; electricity is free for all its citizens.
2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya
are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.
3. Home considered a human right in Libya
– Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya
had a home. Gaddafi’s father has died while him, his wife and his mother are
still living in a tent.
4. All newlyweds in Libya
receive $60,000 Dinar (US$50,000) by the government to buy their first
apartment so to help start up the family.
Traditional wedding in Tripoli, Libya
5. Education and medical treatments are free in Libya.
Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans were literate. Today the figure is 83%.
6. Should Libyans want to take up farming career, they would receive
farming land, a farming house, equipments, seeds and livestock to kick-start
their farms – all for free.
7. If Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they need in
Libya, the government funds them to go abroad for it – not only free but
they get US$2,300/mth accommodation and car allowance.
8. In Libyan, if a Libyan buys a car, the government subsidized 50% of
the price.
9. The price of petrol in Libya
is $0.14 per litre.
10. Libya has no
external debt and its reserves amount to $150 billion – now frozen
globally.
Great Man-Made River project in Libya
… $27 billion
11. If a Libyan is unable to get employment after
graduation the State would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or
she is employed until employment is found.
12. A portion of Libyan oil sale is credited directly to the bank
accounts of all Libyan citizens.
13. A mother who gives birth to a child receives US$5,000
14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya
costs $ 0.15
15. 25% of Libyans have a university degree
16. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as
the Great Man-Made River project, to make water readily available throughout
the desert country.
Which other leader has done so much good to
his people besides Muammar al Ghaddafi?

US INTERVENTION IS ALL ABOUT THE JEWISH USURIOUS ECONOMY SYSTEM OF GLOBAL SLAVERY!
ALL DEFENCELESS ECONOMIES WILL BE DESTROYED IF THEY DO NOT SUBMIT TO THE US SYSTEM!
The US and NATO are supporting an armed insurrection in Eastern Libya, with a view to justifying a "humanitarian intervention".
This is not a non-violent protest movement as in Egypt and Tunisia. Conditions in Libya are fundamentally different. The armed insurgency in Eastern Libya is directly supported by foreign powers. Of significance:, the insurrection in Benghazi immediately hoisted the red, black and green banner with the crescent and star: the flag of the monarchy of King Idris, which symbolized the rule of the former colonial powers. (See Manlio Dinucci, Libya-When historical memory is erased, Global Research, Febraury 28, 2011)
US and NATO military advisers and special forces are already on the ground. The operation was planned to coincide with the protest movement in neighbouring Arab countries. Public opinion was led to believe that the protest movement had spread spontaneously from Tunisia and Egypt to Libya.
The Obama administration in consultation with its allies is assisting an armed rebellion, namely an attempted coup d'État:
"The Obama administration stands ready to offer "any type of assistance" to Libyans seeking to oust Moammar Gadhafi, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton [February 27] "we've been reaching out to many different Libyans who are attempting to organize in the east and as the revolution moves westward there as well," Clinton said. "I think it's way too soon to tell how this is going to play out, but we're going to be ready and prepared to offer any kind of assistance that anyone wishes to have from the United States." Efforts are under way to form a provisional government in the eastern part of the country where the rebellion began at midmonth.
The U.S., Clinton said, is threatening more measures against Gadhafi's government, but did not say what they were or when they might be announced.
The U.S. should "recognize some provisional government that they are trying to set already up..." [McCain]
Lieberman spoke in similar terms, urging "tangible support, (a) no-fly zone, recognition of the revolutionary government, the citizens' government and support for them with both humanitarian assistance and I would provide them with arms."
(Clinton: US ready to aid to Libyan opposition - Associated, Press, February 27, 2011, emphasis added)
The Planned Invasion
A military intervention is now contemplated by US NATO forces under a "humanitarian mandate".
--"The United States is moving naval and air forces in the region" to "prepare the full range of options" in the confrontation with Libya: Pentagon spokesperson Col. Dave Lapan of the Marines made this announcement [March 1]. He then said that "It was President Obama who asked the military to prepare for these options," because the situation in Libya is getting worse." ( Manlio Dinucci, Preparing for "Operation Libya": The Pentagon is "Repositioning" its Naval and Air Forces..., Global Research, March 3, 2011, emphasis added)
The real objective of "Operation Libya" is not to establish democracy but to take possession of Libya's oil reserves, destabilize the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and eventually privatize the country's oil industry, namely transfer the control and ownership of Libya's oil wealth into foreign hands. The National Oil Corporation (NOC) is ranked 25 among the world’s Top 100 Oil Companies. (The Energy Intelligence ranks NOC 25 among the world’s Top 100 companies. - Libyaonline.com)
Libya is among the World's largest oil economies with approximately 3.5% of global oil reserves, more than twice those of the US. (for further details see Part II of this article, "Operation Libya" and the Battle for Oil)
The planned invasion of Libya, which is already underway is part of the broader "Battle for Oil". Close to 80 percent of Libya’s oil reserves are located in the Sirte Gulf basin of Eastern Libya. (See map below)
The strategic assumptions behind "Operation Libya" are reminiscent of previous US-NATO military undertakings in Yugoslavia and Iraq.
In Yugoslavia, US-NATO forces triggered a civil war. The objective was to create political and ethnic divisions, which eventually led to the break up of an entire country. This objective was achieved through the covert funding and training of armed paramilitary armies, first in Bosnia (Bosnian Muslim Army, 1991-95) and subsequently in Kosovo (Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), 1998-1999). In both Kosovo and Bosnia, media disinformation (including outright lies and fabrications) were used to support US-EU claims that the Belgrade government had committed atrocities, thereby justifying a military intervention on humanitarian grounds.
Ironically, "Operation Yugoslavia" is now on the lips of US foreign policy makers: Senator Lieberman has "likened the situation in Libya to the events in the Balkans in the 1990s when he said the U.S. "intervened to stop a genocide against Bosnians. And the first we did was to provide them the arms to defend themselves. That's what I think we ought to do in Libya." (Clinton: US ready to aid to Libyan opposition - Associated, Press, February 27, 2011, emphasis added
The strategic scenario would be to push towards the formation and recognition of an interim government of the secessionist province, with a view to eventually breaking up the country.
This option is already underway. The invasion of Libya has already commenced.
"Hundreds of US, British and French military advisers have arrived in Cyrenaica, Libya's eastern breakaway province,... The advisers, including intelligence officers, were dropped from warships and missile boats at the coastal towns of Benghazi and Tobruk" (DEBKAfile, US military advisers in Cyrenaica, February 25, 2011)
US and allied special forces are on the ground in Eastern Libya, providing covert support to the rebels This was recognized when British SAS Special Forces commandos were arrested in the Benghazi region. They were acting as military advisers to opposition forces:
" Eight British special forces commandos, on a secret mission to put British diplomats in touch with leading opponents of Col Muammar Gadaffi in Libya, ended in humiliation after they were held by rebel forces in eastern Libya, The Sunday Times reported today.
The men, armed but in plain clothes, claimed they were there to check the opposition's needs and offer help." (Top UK commandos captured by rebel forces in Libya: Report, Indian Express, March 6, 2011, emphasis added)
The SAS forces were arrested while escorting a British "diplomatic mission" which entered the country illegally (no doubt from a British warship) for discussions with leaders of the rebellion. The British foreign office has acknowledged that "a small British diplomatic team [had been] sent to eastern Libya to initiate contacts with the rebel-backed opposition". U.K. diplomatic team leaves Libya - World - CBC News, March 6, 2011)
Ironically, the reports not only confirm Western military intervention (including several hundred special forces), they also acknowledge that the rebellion was firmly opposed to the illegal presence of foreign troops on Libyan soil:
"The SAS's intervention angered Libyan opposition figures who ordered the soldiers to be locked up on a military base. Gadaffi's opponents fear he could use any evidence of western military interference to rally patriotic support for his regime." (Reuters, March 6, 2011)
Confirmed by US NATO statements, weapons are being supplied to opposition forces. There are indications although no clear evidence so far that weapons were delivered to the insurgents prior to the onslaught of the rebellion. In all likelihood, US NATO military and intelligence advisers were also on the ground prior to the insurgency. This was the pattern applied in Kosovo: special forces supporting and training the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in the months prior to the 1999 bombing campaign and invasion of Yugoslavia.
As events unfold, however, Libyan government forces have regained control over rebel positions:
"The big offensive pro-Qaddafi forces launched [March 4] to wrest from rebel hands control of Libya's most important towns and oil centers resulted [March 5] in the recapture of the key town of Zawiya and most of the oil towns around the Gulf of Sirte. In Washington and London, talk of military intervention on the side of the Libyan opposition was muted by the realization that field intelligence on both sides of the Libyan conflict was too sketchy to serve as a basis for decision-making." (Debkafile, Qaddafi pushes rebels back. Obama names Libya intel panel, March 5, 2011, emphasis added)
The opposition movement is firmly divided regarding the issue of foreign intervention.
The division is between the grassroots movement on the one hand and the US supported "leaders" of the armed insurrection who favor foreign military intervention on "humanitarian grounds".
The majority of the Libyan population, both the supporters and opponents of the regime, are firmly opposed to any form of outside intervention.
Media Disinformation
The broad strategic objectives underlying the proposed invasion are not mentioned by the media. Following a deceitful media campaign, where news was literally fabricated without reporting on what was actually happening on the ground, a large sector of international public opinion has granted its unbending support to foreign intervention, on humanitarian grounds.
The invasion is on the Pentagon's drawing board. It is slated to be carried out irrespective of the demands of the people of Libya including the opponents of the regime, who have voiced their aversion to foreign military intervention in derogation of the nation's sovereignty.
Naval and Air Force Deployment
Were this military intervention to be carried out it would result in an all out war, a blitzkrieg, implying the bombing of military as well as civilian targets.
In this regard, General James Mattis, Commander of U.S. Central Command, (USCENTCOM), has intimated that the establishment of a "no fly zone" would de facto involve an all out bombing campaign, targeting inter alia Libya's air defense system:
‘It would be a military operation – it wouldn’t be just telling people not to fly airplanes. 'You would have to remove air defence capability in order to establish a no-fly zone, so no illusions here.' (U.S. general warns no-fly zone could lead to all-out war in Libya, Mail Online, March 5, 2011, emphasis added).
A massive US and allied naval power has been deployed along the Libyan coastline. The Pentagon is moving its warships to the Mediterranean. Aircraft carrier USS Enterprise had transited through the Suez Canal within a few days following the insurrection. ( http://www.enterprise.navy.mil )
U.S. amphibious warships, USS Ponce and USS Kearsarge, have also been deployed in the Mediterranean.
Meanwhile Germany, France, Britain, Canada and Italy are in the process of deploying war vessels along the Libyan coast.
Germany has deployed three war ships using the pretext of assisting in the evacuation of refugees on the Libya-Tunisia border. "France has decided to send the Mistral, its helicopter-carrier, which, according to the Defense Ministry will contribute to evacuation of thousands of Egyptians."
(Towards the Coasts of Libya: US, French and British Warships Enter the Mediterranean, Agenzia Giornalistica Italia, March 3, 2011) Canada has dispatch (March 2) Navy Frigate HMCS Charlottetown.
Meanwhile, US 17th Air Force, named US Air Force Africa based at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany is assisting in evacuation of refugees. US-NATO air force facilities in Britain, Italy, France and the Middle East are on standby.

The situation has grown desperate, as these overloaded trucks demonstrate.
NATO’s alleged “responsibility to protect” was subterfuge. Months of terror bombings left Libya a charnel house.
Africa’s most developed country was ravaged. Tens of thousands were
killed, multiples more injured, and millions left on their own sink or
swim.
When is war not war? It’s when mass killing and destruction are
called the right thing. It’s also when terrorizing and traumatizing an
entire population goes unaddressed.
Add horrific torture to other crimes and abuses, according to Amnesty
International (AI), Doctors Without Borders, and Human Rights Watch
(HRW).
In its World Report 2012: Libya, HRW said:
Post-Gaddafi prison conditions are “sub-standard, with overcrowding,
inadequate food and water, and consistent reports about abuse, including
beatings (and) use of electric shock.”
Investigator Sidney Kwiram said HRW documented “ongoing torture” used “to force confessions or for punishment.”
HRW left unaddressed that most held are pro-Gaddafi political
prisoners. Doing so is lawless repression. It’s also more proof of NATO
and its puppet NTC regime’s contempt for human rights.
On January 26, AI headlined, “Libya: Deaths of detainees amid widespread torture,” saying:
Libyan detainees are tortured and abused. As a result, some died.
Victims are pro-Gaddafi loyalists. AI met detainees “in and around
Tripoli, Misrata and Gheryan.
Torture marks were visible, including “open wounds on the head, limbs, back and other parts of the body.”
It’s inflicted “by officially recognized military and security
entities as well as a multitude of armed militias operating outside any
legal framework.”
AI knows international law prohibits torture and abuse committed by
any authority at all times, under all conditions with no allowed
exceptions. Nonetheless, it didn’t explain.
AI’s Donatell Rovera called it “horrifying to find that there has
been no progress to stop the use of torture. We are not aware of any
proper investigations into (these cases), and neither the survivors or
relatives of those who have died in detention have had any recourse to
justice or redress for what they have suffered.”
“While many detainees have described their experiences of torture to
us, some have proved too scared to speak – fearing harsher torture” by
doing so. Instead, they just showed their wounds.
They came from being “suspended in contorted positions, beaten for
hours with whips, cables, plastic hoses, metal chains and bars and
wooden sticks, and given electric shocks with live wires and Taser-like
electro-shock weapons.”
Injuries AI saw confirmed detainee testimonies. So did medical
reports. Suspected pro-Gaddafi loyalists and Black African foreign
workers are affected. NTC authorities and armed militias are
responsible.
Victims confess to stop pain. They have no legal representation. One Misrata detainee told AI:
“This morning they took me for interrogation upstairs. Five men in
plain clothes took turns beating and whipping me….They suspended me from
the top of the door by my wrists for about an hour and kept beating me.
They also kicked me.”
Another said he was beaten on wounds sustained weeks earlier and added:
“Yesterday they beat me with electric cables while my hands were
cuffed behind my back and my feet were bound together. They threatened
to send me back to the militia (that) captured me, who would kill me.”
Others died from torture-inflicted injuries. Deep bruises and open wounds confirmed it.
Despite AI’s requests for months, NTC authorities “failed to conduct
effective investigations into cases of torture and suspicious deaths in
custody.”
Moreover, the “police and judiciary remain dysfunctional across the
country.” AI’s Donatella Rovera said there’s been “a complete failure on
the part of those in power to take concrete steps to end torture and
other ill-treatment of detainees and to hold those accountable
responsible for such crimes.”
On January 26, a Doctors Without Borders (MSF) press release headlined, “Libya: Detainees Tortured and Denied Medical Care,” saying:
MSF confirmed torture and abuse against Misrata detainees. They’re
also denied “urgent medical care.” As a result, MSF suspended
operations.
Since August 2011, they treated Misrata’s war-wounded detainees.
“Since then, (they observed) injuries caused by torture during
interrogation sessions.” They treated 115 cases. They informed Misrata
authorities. “Since January, several of the patients returned to
interrogation centers were again tortured.”
“Some officials (tried) to exploit and obstruct MSF’s medical work,” according to general director Christopher Stokes.
“Patients were brought to us in the middle of the interrogation for
medical care, in order to make them fit for further interrogation. This
is unacceptable. Our role is to provide medical care to war casualties
and sick detainees, not to repeatedly treat the same patients between
torture sessions.”
Responsibility belongs to Libya’s National Army Security Service. It
conducts interrogations. They prevented MSF from treating detainees
requiring “urgent and specialized” hospitalization care.
Instead they were interrogated again and tortured. On January 9, MSF
addressed the Misrata Military Council, the Misrata Security Committee,
the National Army Security Service, and the Misrata Local Civil Council
“demanding an immediate stop to any form of ill treatment of detainees.”
Nothing was done, said Stokes. Torture continues. In response, MSF
suspended operations, but continues providing mental health services.
It’s also keep helping Black African workers, refugees, and those
internally displaced around Tripoli.
MSF’s performed medical services in Libya since February 2011. Under
NATO/NTC-imposed conditions, it’s no longer able to treat torture and
war-wounded victims by providing emergency care, surgeries, and
orthopedic follow-up treatment.
A Final Comment
Libya was developed and peaceful until NATO arrived on cruise
missiles, bombs, shells, other munitions, depleted and enriched uranium,
other terror weapons, fifth column infiltrators, media liars, and other
rogue tactics.
It’s another imperial trophy to colonize, plunder and exploit. State-sponsored terror continues. Human misery is incalculable.
Libyans wanting to live free are vulnerable. Keep their freedom flame alive no matter how NATO monsters try to destroy it.

In what is the first ever conviction of its
kind anywhere in the world, the former US President and
seven key members of his administration were yesterday (Fri) found guilty of
war crimes.
Bush,
Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and their legal advisers Alberto Gonzales, David
Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo were tried in absentia in Malaysia.
The
trial held in Kuala Lumpur heard harrowing
witness accounts from victims of torture who suffered at the hands of US
soldiers and contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan.
They
included testimony from British man Moazzam Begg, an ex-Guantanamo detainee and
Iraqi woman Jameelah Abbas Hameedi who was tortured in the notorious Abu Ghraib
prison.
At the
end of the week-long hearing, the five-panel tribunal unanimously delivered
guilty verdicts against Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and their key legal advisors who
were all convicted as war criminals for torture and cruel, inhumane and
degrading treatment.
Full
transcripts of the charges, witness statements and other relevant material will
now be sent to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, as
well as the United Nations and the Security Council.
The
Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission is also asking that the names of Bush,
Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Yoo, Bybee, Addington and Haynes be entered and
included in the Commission's Register of War Criminals for public record.
The
tribunal is the initiative of Malaysia's retired Prime
Minister Mahathir Mohamad, who staunchly opposed the American-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
He sat
through the entire hearing as it took personal statements and testimonies of
three witnesses namely Abbas Abid, Moazzam Begg and Jameelah Hameedi. The
tribunal also heard two other Statutory Declarations of Iraqi citizen Ali
Shalal and Rahul Ahmed, another British citizen.
After
the guilty verdict reached by five senior judges was delivered, Mahathir
Mohamad said: "Powerful countries are getting away with murder."
War
crimes expert and lawyer Francis Boyle, professor of international law at the
University of Illinois College of Law in America, was part of the
prosecution team.
After
the case he said: "This is the first conviction of these people anywhere
in the world."
While
the hearing is regarded by some as being purely symbolic, human rights activist
Boyle said he was hopeful that Bush and Co could soon find themselves facing
similar trials elsewhere in the world.
"We
tried three times to get Bush in Canada but were thwarted
by the Canadian Government, then we scared Bush out of going to Switzerland. The Spanish
attempt failed because of the government there and the same happened in Germany."
Boyle
then referenced the Nuremberg Charter which was used as the format for the
tribunal when asked about the credibility of the initiative in Malaysia. He quoted:
"Leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices participating in the
formulation or execution of a common plan or conspiracy to commit war crimes
are responsible for all acts performed by any person in execution of such a
plan."
The US is subject to
customary international law and to the Principles of the Nuremberg Charter said
Boyle who also believes the week-long trial was "almost certainly"
being monitored closely by both Pentagon and White House officials.
Professor
Gurdial Singh Nijar, who headed the prosecution said: "The tribunal was
very careful to adhere scrupulously to the regulations drawn up by the Nuremberg courts and the
International Criminal Courts".
He
added that he was optimistic the tribunal would be followed up elsewhere in the
world where "countries have a duty to try war criminals" and he cited
the case of the former Chilean dictator Augustine Pinochet who was arrested in Britain to be extradited
to Spain on charges of war
crimes.
"Pinochet
was only eight years out of his presidency when that happened."
The
Pinochet case was the first time that several European judges applied the
principle of universal jurisdiction, declaring themselves competent to judge
crimes committed by former heads of state, despite local amnesty laws.
Throughout
the week the tribunal was packed with legal experts and law students as
witnesses gave testimony and then cross examination by the defence led by lawyer
Jason Kay Kit Leon.
The
court heard how
Abbas Abid, a 48-year-old
engineer from Fallujah in Iraq had his fingernails removed
by pliers.
Ali Shalal was attached with
bare electrical wires and electrocuted and hung from a wall.
Moazzam Begg was beaten,
hooded and put in solitary confinement.
Jameelah was stripped and
humiliated, and was used as a human shield whilst being transported by
helicopter.
The witnesses also detailed how they have
residual injuries till today.
Moazzam
Begg, now working as a director for the London-based human rights group
Cageprisoners said he was delighted with the verdict, but added: "When
people talk about Nuremberg you have to
remember those tried were all prosecuted after the war.
"Right
now Guantanamo is still open, people
are still being held there and are still being tortured there."
In
response to questions about the difference between the Bush and Obama
Administrations, he added: "If President Bush was the President of
extra-judicial torture then US President Barak
Obama is the President of extra judicial killing through drone strikes. Our
work has only just begun."
The
prosecution case rested on proving how the decision-makers at the highest level
President Bush, Vice-President Cheney, Secretary of Defence Rumsfeld, aided and
abetted by the lawyers and the other commanders and CIA officials - all acted
in concert. Torture was systematically applied and became an accepted
norm.
According
to the prosecution, the testimony of all the witnesses exposed a sustained
perpetration of brutal, barbaric, cruel and dehumanising course of conduct
against them.
These
acts of crimes were applied cumulatively to inflict the worst possible pain and
suffering, said lawyers.
The
president of the tribunal Tan Sri Dato Lamin bin Haji Mohd Yunus Lamin, found
that the prosecution had established beyond a "reasonable doubt that the
accused persons, former President George Bush and his co-conspirators engaged
in a web of instructions, memos, directives, legal advice and action that
established a common plan and purpose, joint enterprise and/or conspiracy to
commit the crimes of Torture and War Crimes, including and not limited to a
common plan and purpose to commit the following crimes in relation to the
"War on Terror" and the wars launched by the U.S. and others in
Afghanistan and Iraq."
President
Lamin told a packed courtroom: "As a tribunal of conscience, the Tribunal
is fully aware that its verdict is merely declaratory in nature. The tribunal
has no power of enforcement, no power to impose any custodial sentence on any
one or more of the 8 convicted persons. What we can do, under Article 31 of
Chapter VI of Part 2 of the Charter is to recommend to the Kuala Lumpur War
Crimes Commission to submit this finding of conviction by the Tribunal,
together with a record of these proceedings, to the Chief Prosecutor of the
International Criminal Court, as well as the United Nations and the Security
Council.
"The
Tribunal also recommends to the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission that the
names of all the 8 convicted persons be entered and included in the
Commission's Register of War Criminals and be publicised accordingly.
"The
Tribunal recommends to the War Crimes Commission to give the widest
international publicity to this conviction and grant of reparations, as these
are universal crimes for which there is a responsibility upon nations to
institute prosecutions if any of these Accused persons may enter their
jurisdictions".

AFRO-ARABO-BERBERO-MUSULMANE INSHA ALLAH!
Contactée, celle-ci a réagi :« Ce
pays.
« Kadhafi a humilié Sarkozy »

Mahmoud Jibril, ancien premier
ministre
On

Exposing Media Disinformation, Propaganda and Lies...
Africa was gunned down like a dog?”,
a Twitter user wondered days after Nelson Mandela’s passing.
This
question becomes even more valid in light of what the mainstream
media, in the wake of the former South African president’s
death, have been anxiously hiding from the public: the actual
close and crucial alliance between Mandela and Gaddafi. Back in
the 70s and 80s, when the West refused to allow sanctions
against Apartheid in South Africa and used to call Mandela a
terrorist, it was none other than Libya’s Muammar Gaddafi who
kept supporting him. Gaddafi funded Mandela’s fight against
Apartheid by training ANC fighters and by paying for their
education abroad, and their bond only became stronger after
Mandela’s release from prison on February 11, 1990.
Nevertheless, one of them ended up being “gunned down like a
dog” and his death was celebrated by the entire elite of the
imperialist world, which celebrations were significantly
summarized by Hillary “Warzone” (Hilary) Clinton in a now
infamous interview in which she exults: “We came, we saw, he
died!”
As for the
other one, the same entire elite of the imperialist world
crowded into the FNB stadium in Soweto, South Africa, to attend
the funeral of their hero, and to verbosely praise Mandela and
his achievements with all possible superlatives.
Mandela on Gaddafi
So how did
the branded Saint Mandela really feel about the branded Mad Dog
Gaddafi? Let’s hear straight from the horse’s mouth what the
mainstream media have left out of their laudatory picture of the
former ANC leader.
Right upon
his release from prison, after more than 27 years behind bars,
Mandela broke the UN embargo and paid a visit to the Libyan
capital of Tripoli, where he declared:
“My delegation and I are
overjoyed with the
invitation from the Brother Guide
[Muammar
Gaddafi], to visit the Great Popular
and Socialist Arab Libyan
Jamahiriya. I have been waiting impatiently ever since we
received the invitation. I would like to remind you that the
first time I came here, in 1962, the country was in a very
different state of affairs. One could not but be struck by the
sights of poverty from the moment of arrival, with all of its
usual corollaries: hunger, illness, lack of housing and of
health-care facilities, etc. Anger and revolt could be read in
those days on the faces of everyone.
Since
then, things have changed considerably. During our stay in
prison, we read and heard a great deal about the changes which
have come about in this country and about blossoming of the
economy which has been experienced here. There is prosperity and
progress everywhere here today which we were
able to see even
before the airplane touched
ground. It is thus with great
pleasure that we have come on a visit in the Jamahiriya,
impatient to meet our brother, the Guide Gaddafi.”
When
Mandela was taken to the ruins of Gaddafi’s compound in Tripoli,
which was bombed by the Reagan administration in 1986 in an
attempt to murder the entire Gaddafi family, he said:
“No
country can claim to be the policeman of the
world and no state
can dictate to another what it
should do. Those that yesterday
were friends of
our enemies have the gall today to tell me not
to
visit my brother Gaddafi. They are advising us
to be
ungrateful and forget our friends of the
past.”
In
response, Gaddafi thanked Mandela for his friendship, saying:
“Who would ever have said that one day the opportunity for us to
meet would become reality. We would like you to know that we are
constantly celebrating your fight and that of the South African
people, and that we salute your courage during all of those long
years you spent in detention in the prison of Apartheid. Not a
single day has passed without us having thought of you and your
sufferings.”
Eight
years later, when then U.S. president Bill Clinton visited
Mandela in March 1998, Clinton criticized the South African
president’s meeting with Muammar Gaddafi. In reaction to that
criticism, Mandela straightforwardly replied:
“I have
also invited Brother Leader Gaddafi to this country. And I do
that because our moral authority dictates that we should not
abandon those who helped us in the darkest hour in the history
of this country. Not only did the Libyans support us in return,
they gave us the resources for us to conduct our struggle, and
to win. And those South Africans who have berated me for being
loyal to our friends, can literally go and jump into a pool.”
Mandela on the West
Subsequently, let’s hear the ANC leader’s real thoughts on the
West that has put him on a posthumous pedestal, and on topics
that, to say the least, are not exactly popular among Western
leaders.
On the
U.S. preparing its war against Iraq in 2002: “If you look at
those matters, you will come to the conclusion that the attitude
of the United States of America is a threat to world peace. If
there is a country that has committed unspeakable atrocities in
the world, it is the USA. They don’t care for human beings.”
In a 1999
speech: “Israel should withdraw from all the areas which it won
from the Arabs in 1967, and in particular Israel should withdraw
completely from the Golan Heights, from south Lebanon and from
the West Bank.”
“The UN
took a strong stand against apartheid; and over the years, an
international consensus was built, which helped to bring an end
to this iniquitous system. But we know too well that our
On the day
of Mandela’s funeral, December 15, 2013, a citizen from Accra,
Ghana,
expressed:
“All day
long here in Ghana they have been broadcasting live the Memorial
Service of Nelson Mandela in South Africa. Courtesy, of course,
of the BBC and Deutsche Welle? Why on earth doesn’t Africa have
its own Broadcasting Network in this day and age? The news
coverage on the BBC is always distorting according to their own
interest, and that on Deutsche Welle a bit less, but still not
African! And in all of Ghana – a nations with so many media
resources – there is not a single foreign correspondent in the
lot! Why must Africans always depend on others to tell their own
stories to them?! Shame! Shame! Shame!”
In fact,
there actually was someone working on an African broadcasting
network. Someone who already connected the entire African
continent by radio, television and telephone. In the early 90s,
this person funded the establishment of the Regional African
Satellite Communication Organization, which eventually provided
Africa with its first own communications satellite on December
26, 2007. A second African satellite was launched in July 2010
and advanced plans for a continental broadcasting network were
made. The person who funded at least 70% of this revolutionary
project was the revolutionary leader of the Libyan Jamahiriya,
Muammar Gaddafi.
Gaddafi
thus angered the Western bankers, since Africa no longer would
pay the annual $500 million fee to Europe for the use of its
satellites, and of course no “self-respecting” banker was
willing to fund a project that frees people from their claws.
And this was not the only way in which Gaddafi angered the West
to the point that he had to be eliminated from their agenda. The
leader of the Libyan Al-Fateh Revolution worked hard and came
close to embody the famous 1865 quote by American economist Adam
Smith, saying: “The economy of any country which relies on the
slavery of blacks is destined to descend into hell the day those
countries awaken.”
On the eve
of the NATO-led war against Libya, Gaddafi’s booming country
largely co-funded three projects that would rid Africa from its
financial dependence on the West once and for all:
the African
Investment Bank in the Libyan city of Sirte,
the African
Monetary Fund (AFM), to be based in the capital of Cameroon,
Yaounde, in 2011,
and the African Central Bank to be based in
the capital of Nigeria, Abuja.
Especially the latter angered
France – not coincidentally also the main orchestrator of the
war on Libya – because it would mean the end of the West African
CFA franc and the Central African CFA franc, through which
France kept a hold on as much as thirteen African countries.
Only two months after Africa said no to Western attempts to join
the AFM, Western organized “protests” against the AFM’s
benefactor, Muammar Gaddafi, started to erupt in Libya…
ultimately resulting in the freezing of $30 billion by the West,
which money mostly was intended for the above mentioned
financial projects.
But
Gaddafi helped the African continent in more than just material
ways. More than any other African leader, he supported Mandela’s
ANC’s struggle against the racist regime in South Africa. Above
that, many Black Africans, especially sub-Saharan
African
migrants and refugees, found a new
home in Gaddafi’s prosperous
Libya.
Gaddafi
understood that in order to develop a strong Africa that would
be able to finally throw off the shackles of imperialism, unity
was the first requirement. The 2009 Chairperson of the African
Union also understood the African culture and recognized that
African problems need African solutions. During a 2010 meeting
in Tripoli, in which he addressed dozens of leaders from across
Africa, he told:
“African traditions are being replaced with
Western culture and multiparty politics is
destroying Africa.”
Instead, Gaddafi promoted the establishment of a People’s
Government (Jamahiriya) in which the power would not belong to
(puppet) governments, but to the African people. And nothing
scared the Western capitalists more than a united Africa –
Muammar Gaddafi’s dream that was about to
come true by the end
of 2010.
The lukewarm Saint
When
Nelson Mandela endured 27 years of isolation in prison, he paid
the price of being the socialist revolutionary and the racial
equality fighter that he was. His freedom was taken away by the
South African Apartheid regime, a regime that was the result of
the infiltration of South Africa by European colonial powers.
How come the same colonial powers now consider him to be a hero
and a saint? Did the Western elite have a massive change of
mind, and thus all of the sudden embraced the exact same
ideology that made them put Mandela behind bars a few decades
ago?
We only
have to take a look at the current situation of the Blacks in
NATO-led Libya to understand that this was not quite the case.
Libya, in 1951 officially the poorest country in the world,
under Gaddafi attained the highest standard of living in Africa.
The country’s prosperity attracted many Black African
immigrants, during the 2011 war on Libya by the mainstream media
purposely misnamed as being “black sub-Saharan African
mercenaries”. Gaddafi provided them with work and education.
Those immigrant workers, to whom Gaddafi was
a hero, a father and a
friend, nowface the cruelest forms
of racism by
the Western-installed Libyan puppet regime.Just
one telling example is a video in which Libyan “rebels” force
Black immigrants to eat the green flag of the Libyan Jamahiriya.
Then why
the 180 degrees change of attitude of the West towards Mandela
after his release from prison?
Statistics
show that still 65% of the Blacks in South Africa remain
unemployed, while 90% of the Whites own 90% of South Africa’s
wealth. Over the last decades, Apartheid may have disappeared
for the visual scene, fact is that Blacks remain poor while
Whites remain rich.
Yet the
West regards Mandela as the protector of the South African
economy. According to a Financial Times journalist, Mandela’s
ANC “proved a reliable steward of sub-Sahara Africa’s largest
economy, embracing orthodox fiscal and monetary policies.”
Canadian The Globe and Mail recently added that Mandela
did this “without alienating his radical followers or creating a
dangerous factional struggle within his movement”.
In other
words, Mandela ran with the hare and hunted with the hounds…
mainly economically – and nothing interested, interests and will
interest the Western capitalist countries more than economics.
As aptly
stated by independent writer Stephen Gowans,
“Thus, in
[The Globe and Mail journalist Doug] Saunder’s view,
Mandela was a special kind of leader: one who could use his
enormous prestige and charisma to induce his followers to
sacrifice their own interests for the greater good of the elite
that had grown rich off their sweat, going so far as to
acquiesce in the repudiation of their own economic program.”
“”Here is
the crucial lesson of Mr. Mandela for modern politicians,”
writes Saunders. “The principled successful leader is the one
who betrays his party members for the larger interests of the
nation. When one has to decide between the rank-and-file and the
greater good, the party should never come first.”
“For
Saunders and most other mainstream journalists, “the larger
interests of the nation” are the larger interests of banks, land
owners, bond holders and share holders. This is the idea
expressed in the old adage “What’s good for GM [General Motors],
is good for America.” Since mainstream media are large
corporations, interlocked with other large corporations, and are
dependent on still other large corporations for advertising
revenue, the placing of an equal sign between corporate
interests and the national interest comes quite naturally.”
I believe
the dictionary has a word for that: lukewarm.
What if
Mandela had not danced to the tune of the imperialists? What if
he did have said words and did have made plans that were too
threatening to the interests of the corporate financiers who run
the planet – the
reason why Gaddafi had to be killed? Then South Africa under
his leadership quite likely would have become what Iraq and
Libya currently are: a country in turmoil, torn apart by
imperialist powers that Mandela, not inconceivable even out of
fear for what they are capable of, preferred to side with.
Also the
inevitable question arises: where was Mandela
when his brother
Gaddafi’s country was bombed
for nine months by the most
powerful military
alliance in modern history? Sources have
declared by that time his health was too fragile and he was in a
too vulnerable state of mind, for which reason his family
deliberately kept him away from news that would severely upset
him. Whatever the case may be, the significant fact remains that
no ANC member stood up for Gaddafi during the war on Libya the
way Gaddafi stood up for his friend Mandela during his
imprisonment and afterwards.
The lesson for us
At the
beginning of a new year, let us allow ourselves to take a few
moments to reflect on our destiny and on that of the
post-Mandela and post-Gaddafi world we live in. We live in a
time of transition on all fronts. More than ever we are faced
with the choice of being guided by fear – especially by the fear
of losing credibility with the public and being punished by
“authorities” when we challenge the powers-that-be – or being
guided by the freedom of thought. The latter will result in a
higher level of understanding of both ourselves and the world
around us, which is the main condition for a much needed (r)evolution
and for the establishment of true democracy.
What the
world needs now, are “Mad Dogs”.
Revolutionaries with a vision
who dare to be
unconventional and dare to be so all the way. It
is time for us to become a Gaddafi rather than a
Mandela. It is
time to let the walls of fear around our thinking fall away. It
is time to break free from the fear of not being liked, of no
longer being accepted, of being looked upon differently, of
being branded an outcast, a lunatic, a conspiracy theorist or
anything bad when we raise our voices.
We need to
dare to totally tear aside the veil of Apartheid that mights and
media use to cover up what is really going on in the world. Only
then real progress can be achieved.
“Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;
None but ourselves can free our mind.”– Bob Marley
The
Libyan Tribal Union has issued a statement of rebuke to the ICC for its
phony charges against Dr. Saif al Islam Ghadafi. The charges have no
foundation in truth and were basically taken from unsubstantiated and
highly biased media articles. The Libyan tribes point out the great
HYPOCRISY of the ICC that turns and continues to turn a blind eye to the
crimes against humanity that were committed in Libya by NATO, Obama,
Clinton, Bernard Levy (and their terrorist mercenaries) and other
western nations in their illegal invasion and attacks in 2011.
Breaking
Update: Fayez Sarraj was thrown out of the " The Russian and African
Summit and Forum for Economic, Security and Peace Development" held in
Moscow on the 23rd and 24th of October 2019. Russia understands the
situation in Libya and does not recognize Sarraj as a legitimate leader
in Libya. Russia knows that Sarraj was not elected and has no mandate in
Libya. Consequently, when he arrived he was driven back to the airport
in Moscow and sent on his way.
The
ICC continues it's false claims against Dr Saif Al Islam Ghadafi. The
ICC charges have never been substantiated and are based on media reports
of the lies that started the phony revolution by the Khazarian mafia
Zionists to destroy LIbya. stop the gold backed Dinar for Africa and
control Libyan assets'
The actual criminals that committed the crimes that Dr. Saif is being
accused of are the same ones that tried him in a kangaroo court and
found him guilty without any evidence.

Gaddafi vs the West: Two Revolutions on the Wrong Side of History
Posted By Garikai Chengu On September 10, 2019
Sunday marked half a century since Muammar Gaddafi’s Libyan
revolution, which led to the overthrow of the American-backed King
Irdis.
September
1, 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the Great al-Fateh ("the
Conqueror") Revolution in Libya, a bloodless coup that forced out the
old despot "puppet" king of Libya. This so called King was appointed in
Libya by the UK and was the puppet of the US and UK. He did nothing
for the people of Libya; he knew of their suffering, he knew of the
poverty, he knew of the slavery of the Libyan people by Italy and their
oppression by the same. Yet, this so called king, was a puppet of the
imperialists and took his money, pleasures and perversions without
shame.
The
Libyan peoples army (LNA Libyan National Army) is working diligently to
cleanse Libya of the terrorist militias. They are doing a good job of
destroying weapons depots and cleaning camps of the militias. But this
is a slow process because of the foreign intervention of Turkey and
Qatar, bringing in weapons and terrorist fighters. Top of the list of
terrorists illegally supplying the terrorists in Libya is Turkey, where
the Muslim Brotherhood finds their biggest support.

There are a number of updates from the LNA for the past few days. I
will consolidate these reports below: AND understand this, the LNA is
moving ahead slowly and carefully to avoid civilian casualties. They
warn in areas they are fighting and work to preserve infrastructure as
much as possible. All the civilian attacks are done by the terrorist
militias of the Sarraj GNA regime. Any reports to the opposite are
propaganda by the terrorists. The LNA is winning, slowly but surely.
As the tribes say to me so many times: "one by one my sister, one by
one".

LIBYA – Two Israeli-made Orbiter-3 tactical drones were shot down in
Libya by the Libyan National Army (LNA), led by Field Marshal Khalifa
Haftar.
The two drones were shot down at the end of July. One was recovered by
troops some 40 km. southwest of the Libyan capital of Tripoli in the
small town of al-‘Aziziya, while the other was recovered in the Sidra
district, home to the war-torn country’s largest oil depot.
The
most wanted terrorist in Egypt, Hisham el-Ashmawy, was captured in the
city of Derna, Libya last October, 2018 by the Libyan National Army.
Ashmawy was transferred back to Egypt in May of this year (2019) to
stand trial for his acts of terrorism.

The Great Tribes of Libya informed me today and asked that I please
publish their full support for Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Zubaidi in his
candidacy for president of Tunisia.
