MUSLIM MOHAMMED HAMID VICTIM OF BRITISH FASCIST ZIONIST STATE

Mohammed Hamid

Tuesday 26 February 2008 17.00 GMT (RACIST ZIONIST MEDIA!)

'Preacher' "guilty" of organising "terror training camps" This is Jewish-Zionist shit!

THE JURY MUST HAVE BEEN THREATENED, BLACKMAILED, BRIBED ...!

  • guardian.co.uk,

"A terrorist instructor who called himself Osama bin London has been convicted of organising al-Qaida style training camps across Britain." BULLSHIT! THIS IS A SET UP!

Their five-month trial at Woolwich crown court was the first to deal with a new offence introduced under the Terrorism Act 2006 of attending a place used for terrorist training.
The jury heard no evidence of weapons or explosives – the prosecution relied on MI5 surveillance tapes and recordings made by an undercover police officer who penetrated the London-based jihadist cell.
The conversations and films showed street preacher Mohammed Hamid and his followers - Muhammad al-Figari, Kader Ahmed and Kibley Da Costa - performing what was described as "military training" over a two-year period.
Hamid, 50, was found guilty of organising terrorist training camps and of encouraging others to murder non-believers.
Da Costa, 25, Figari, 45, and Ahmed, 20, were found guilty of attending terror camps in the New Forest and at a Berkshire paintballing centre. The jury acquitted the defendants of taking part in terrorist training at the Cumbrian camps.
Two further members of the gang, Mohammed Kyriacou, 19, and Yassin Mutegombwa, 23, today admitted attending terrorist training camps.
The five followers were each jailed for up to four years and 11 months today. Hamid and Atilla Ahmet, an associate of Abu Hamza who pleaded guilty at the beginning of the trial to three counts of soliciting murder, will be sentenced on March 7.
The jury acquitted 41-year-old Mousa Brown, of Walthamstow, east London. The verdicts were returned last Wednesday but were under a reporting restriction until today.
The group initially went on exercises at a farm in Cumbria and later at secluded sites in the New Forest and paintballing centres in south-east England.
The men later convicted of the failed July 21 attacks on London's transport system were also among those who attended.
The court heard that the men practised leopard-crawling along the ground, anti-ambush drills, forward rolls, casualty evacuation and gun drills using sticks in place of rifles.
Scores of potentially incriminating statements recorded during the police Operation Overamp were played to the jury, including Hamid's reference to the death toll in the July 7 London bombings when he said of the fatalities: "Fifty-two? That's not even a breakfast to me."
Hamid, Figari, Ahmed and Da Costa denied the charges, insisting their activities were for fun and fitness.
Ahmet was not in court for most of the proceedings.
Four of the defendants had arrived in the UK as children fleeing poverty in the West Indies or conflict in Africa. Three were recent converts to Islam. All had failed to build the prosperous new lives their parents had sought, the court heard.
Hamid, a reformed crack addict, was the pivotal figure, the prosecution said, turning young Muslims into extremists.
Ahmet had been a close associate of, and former bodyguard for, Abu Hamza, the Finsbury Park mosque preacher since jailed for inciting murder and racial hatred.
Police and security services staged a surveillance operation including a motion-sensitive camera hidden in a tree overlooking a clearing in the New Forest.
The police investigation began in May 2004 with surveillance of Baysbrown farm in Cumbria.
Police said no arrests were made before the July 7 bombings because at that stage it was unclear what the group was planning. Attending a place used for terrorist training was not at that stage a crime on the statute book.
"From September 2005 we were able to gain some electronic coverage of what was happening in Hamid's premises [in Almack Road, Hackney]," a senior police source said.
"Hamid and Attilla used those meetings as a means of grooming predominantly young people and training them.
"Sometimes there's a danger of not taking [the threat] as seriously as it warrants. There's a danger of trivialising these people. There was repeated talk of fighting and killing non-believers."
Senior police paid tribute to the courage of an undercover officer, known only as Dawood, who infiltrated the group. "It was a long and difficult deployment," one said.
The group's last meeting was for a late-night supper at the Bridge to Chinatown restaurant in Southwark, south London. Detectives subsequently referred to it as "the last supper".
It was chosen as the arrest site, police said, because "we try to do things that are as safe as possible for everybody. Rather than go to a number of addresses, the intelligence told us they would be together in one place at that time."
The group had used the restaurant four weeks in a row. Da Costa was overheard suggesting that MI5 had probably bugged the building.
Surveillance transcripts recorded the moment when armed officers raided the private dining room shortly before midnight on August 31 2006, shouting: "Sit down. Hands on the table, please. Everything will be explained to you."

The Continuing Case of Muhammed Hamid: the Last of the Hackney 14

If you’re a Muslim in Great Britain, paint-balling is considered “Acts Preparatory to Terrorism” in a Court of Law.

WHILE HUNDREDS OF THOUSAND OF YOUNG 'JEWS' AND ZIONISTS ARE BEING TRAINED MILITARILY ALL OVER THE WESTERN WORLD TO GO AND MURDER MUSLIMS IN OCCUPIED PALESTINE!

Muhammed and family in happier times.
Muhammed and family in happier times.
Philip Brennan | PhilipBrennan.net | 2 February 2011:

Mohammed Hamid was convicted in Early 2008 under politically-motivated circumstances. He was found guilty of “soliciting to murder” under acts dating to 1861, despite never instructing anyone to any specific act. This conviction was based upon statements allegedly made by Hamid whilst under surveillance, which Hamid and others with him maintain were taken out of context. Either way, there is no evidence linking Hamid to any act of murder or solicitation to murder.

He was also convicted of “providing terrorist training”. This conviction in particular was a farce, involving muslims paintballing and camping with no other aim than to enjoy outside recreation. The BBC also filmed them playing paintball as part of a documentary on Muslims in the United Kingdom.

The Metropolitan Police however, with what appears to be racist and Islamophobic motives, felt that there must have been something sinister with Muslims paintballing and camping in the woods. Statements were given by the police, of which the strongest allegation was a testimony that “they were holding sticks exactly as I have seen people in Iraq.” This was their strongest evidence, after months of surveillance, both through undercover agents and covert recording.

It is our contention that this was no more than a case of Muslims playing Cowboys and Indians, which in these “war on terror” times have meant that Mohammed Hamid and others are now serving sentences which are totally unjustified.

Hamid was given an extremely severe sentence of 7 ½ years, together with the “imprisonment for public protection.” This sentence is extremely controversial, amounting to a life sentence unless an individual can prove that he is no longer a risk to the public. As Hamid, based on the evidence, was never accused of a violent act, how would he be expected to demonstrate that he has reformed and is no longer a risk to the public if there was never any risk to begin with?

Instead, it is our fear that this sentence will be the first of many for muslims and non-muslims in the United Kingdom whom have a different world view. It amounts to nothing but internment by another name, which is an affront to general principles of law and order.

Juliet Lyon of the Prison Reform Trust also stated the following in relation to IPP Sentences:
“…It is high time for a review of indeterminate sentences. They were designed as a technical measure to detain a small number of dangerous offenders. But badly drafted, and whipped up by the previous prime minister and home secretary, they have become a ferocious, unjust law that in two years has catapulted around 3,000 people into jail for who knows how long. This catastrophic change has been wished on the prison service without extra resources, leaving prisons under vast pressure and thousands of men held in overcrowded jails, beyond their tariff, with no means to show that they do not present a risk to the public. This is the Kafkaesque nature of modern day imprisonment…”
We therefore call on the courts to repeal Muhammed Hamid’s IPP sentence and allow him to rebuild his life.
Actions Required:
Write to the Justice Minister Kenneth Clarke asking him to repeal the IPP sentence served on Mohammed Hamid.

Write to your MP expressing disgust at IPP sentences, in particular Mohammed Hamid’s case.
♦ Why were logs of evidence from the secret service lost or misplaced?
♦ Why were there over 100 photos but none of acts of terrorism but of the group mostly playing football?
♦ Why did the two police officers lie under oath and claim to be from military back grounds and have identical statements?
♦ Why in none of the transcripts are there no statements from Muhammed Hamid inciting people to “go abroad and to kill innocent people”?
♦ Why did the under cover reporter Dawwod say they “were like a bunch of boy scouts and not terrorists”?
♦ Why did an Islamic sheik the prosecution hired to give his opinion on the case state “they were not terrorists”?
♦ Why was he not in the country to give his statement? The prosecution claimed to not know of where he was.
♦ Why wasn’t all the probe’s transcripts used?
♦ Why did the trail last 6 months?
♦ Why did the jury take 5 weeks to make a decision?
♦ Where they leaned upon or given illegal counsel under “Colour of Law”?
In a public statement, Yasmin Cass, Muhammed Hamid’s daughter said:
“…My father Mohammed Hamid, a 54 year old father and dawah carrier, was sentenced in 2008 to an “IPP” (Imprisonment for Public Protection). He was singled out for his beliefs – which included challenging the government’s version of events regarding 7/7. He is a man who loves people and people love him right back. Our home has been torn apart by his absence and it is worse knowing he is an innocent man, ‘Imprisoned for Public Protection’, for the crimes of calling non-Muslims to Islam, playing paint-ball, and helping  local communities…”

Quoting the Qu’ran = Hate Speech
Calling to Islam = Danger to the Public
Playing Paintball = Military Training
Giving Talks on Islam = Hate Speech and Solicitation to Murder

Surely we, as a supposedly free people, cannot allow such an injustice to go unresolved, leaving an innocent family man languishing in jail? Where there is injustice for one man, there is injustice for all of us. Where one man can lose his freedom without a fair trial of his peers and the use of forged and manufactured evidence against him, all men can lose their freedom likewise.

Remember the Birmingham Six? We swore “never again” when they were finally released, and yet, another innocent man has been fitted up and put in jail on false terrorism charges. And how dare we comment upon injustices in other countries when we won’t make sure that injustices in our own country are not first rectified.

Mohammed Hamid was convicted in 2008 under politically-motivated circumstances. He was found guilty of "soliciting to murder" under legislation dating back to 1861, despite never actually instructing anyone to any specific act. The conviction was based upon innocuous statements allegedly made by Hamid whilst under covert surveillance which, by the accounts of those who appeared in court for the prosecution, were twisted to suit a government agenda.

As part of a documentary about Muslims in the United Kingdom, "Don't Panic, I'm Islamic", the BBC filmed Hamid and others playing paintball. However, the Metropolitan Police and the Crown Prosecution Service felt that there must have been something sinister about Muslims paintballing and camping in the woods. Statements were given by the police, of which the strongest allegation was a testimony that "they were holding sticks exactly as I have seen people in Iraq." That this was their strongest evidence, even after months of surveillance which included the use of undercover agents and covert recording, is a stark indication of the legitimacy of the prosecution.

It is our contention that it is no more of a crime for Muslims to go paintballing or camping than it is for the thousands of other people who go paintballing and camping every year. Yet, in these "war of terror" times, it has meant that Mohammed Hamid and others are now serving totally unjustifiable sentences for taking part in activities that are not in themselves crimes.

It is our fear that this sentence will be the first of many for Muslims in the United Kingdom -- and by extension of the precedent Hamid's case has set, for non-Muslims too -- indeed anyone who does not champion the British government's foreign policy or who have a different world view.

Hamid's prosecution amounts to nothing but internment in another guise and is an affront to general principles of law and justice. It was a calculated, cynical attempt to justify a year long undercover operation, which revealed nothing more than that Hamid perhaps had a sense of humour that may not be to the taste of middle England, and that he was openly critical of British foreign policy.

We call on the British government to release Mohammed Hamid and overturn this serious miscarriage of justice.

About Hamid

"The prosecution and system are the ones that have no heart. They try their best to make me look like an evil person regardless of whose feelings they hurt. They know full well I am not what they are trying to say I am so they have to cut in to the middle of my conversation to make me look bad.

"They know full well how 7/7 emotionally affects the public so they played on the public's emotions to fuel their evil plot and schemes. They did not take into account the feelings of the victims and families of the victims before they decided to put out such a statement in the manner in which they tried to make it look.

"They know that I don't agree with the 7/7 or 9/11, they know I dont believe in killing innocent children and people, they know that the full transcripts aren't saying what they are trying to say, they know I am not what they say I am but yet still they did. Why?

"They arrested us knowing full well we aren't terrorists so what did they do, they tried to paint a picture and in doing so did not care about the emotions or feelings of the general public or families.

"These people are the terrorists..."

- Mohammed Hamid

Mohammed Hamid is one of the many victims of Britain’s ‘war on terror’ languishing in prison. He was arrested, along with fourteen other men, in the wake of the 2005 London bombings and charged with ‘providing terrorist training’.  On 26th February 2008 Hamid was found guilty of ‘providing terrorist training’ and ‘soliciting murder’ and sentenced to an ‘indeterminate sentence for public protection’ with a tariff (minimum term) of seven years, after which he will only be released if the Parole Board declares he is sufficiently low risk to be freed.

Mohammed maintains he is innocent of any crime, so demonstrating such a ‘change’ is virtually impossible.

Along with other supporters, Mohammed’s daughter Yasmin has launched a campaign to demand freedom for her father.

Hamid is a victim of a miscarriage of justice predicated on the same Islamophobia and Islamophobic agendas of Imperial conquest that drive the so-called "war on terror".

In a public statement Hamid's daughter, Yasmin Cass, said:
"...My father Mohammed Hamid, a 54 year old father and dawah carrier, was sentenced in 2008 to an "IPP" (Imprisonment for Public Protection). He was singled out for his beliefs - which included challenging the government's version of events regarding 7/7. He is a man who loves people and people love him right back. Don't Panic I'm Islamic
Mohammed Hamid featured in a BBC documentary produced and directed by Phil Rees.  In the documentary Hamid was filmed paintballing with a group of friends.  In the prosecution of Mohammed Hamid the paintballing footage was adduced as a evidence of Hamid partaking in 'terrorist training'. JUSTICE
Truth is a lie
Lie is a truth
Pinnochio is our friend
For we have a name
Have a itchy nose
For its so long
To speak the truth
For its a crime
Today is the 21st century
No-one accepts the right
Truth hurts, Truth is bitter
Never mind tell a lie, just to get by
For freedom is the heart
For Fear never to tell a lie
Our destiny is our truth

  2. Rubina commented on Wake Up America with Sammi Ibrahem Dec 7, 2012.

    in response to crescentandcross:

Sammi interviews Layla Yaghi, an American Muslim who son Ziad was convicted on trumped up terrorism charges by the USGOV Download Here THANK YOU FOR ASSISTING WITH THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCING THIS PROGRAM

Mark — I recall contacting you some weeks ago about Laila and her son Yaghi, and I’m so heartened that the loyal TUT listeners got to hear their tragic story. There are thousands of Muslims in US jails on trumped-up terror charges, kept mostly in solitary and constantly tormented by the sickos working in the system,

The sound was unclear, so for those who missed it — Yaghi as a 22yr old was sentenced to almost 32 years, and is languishing in an underground cell — no fresh air, or sunlight at any time, plus all the other privations the system will subject you to. He is in solitary as well, though the prospect of him being allowed to mingle with the more usual criminals in the federal jails is grim as well.

Sammi is a rarity amongst Muslims for what he is doing, and I agree with the callers castigating Muslims for staying ignorant or cowardly while this is happening to their own. Muslims ALSO need to be castigated for not helping when, those who are not Muslim, are victimized in a US now being run like Bolshevik Russia.

I have Muslim family and friends campaigning for gay rights, who’re avid supporters of Obama or Romney (absolutely mind-boggling), who’ve ALLOWED their psyches to become so corrupted in other ways that they are comfortable accepting all the zio-jewish lies and propaganda. Many mosques host dinners for active military personnel, so that they can “get to know Muslims” — very helpful preparation for later slaughter overseas, I assume.

Of the Muslim orgs who are trying to help, sadly they are utterly insipid, and keep you as uninformed as the msm. As Keith Johnson’s guest Dave Gahary revealed about CAIR that has at least one jewish attorney on its staff, many of these orgs are being ‘guided’ to be as ineffective as possible at confronting the full-frontal jewish destruction that is now aimed at all gentile societies — not because any want to harm jews, but because they want to expose this group’s supremacism and criminality against them, and to end it once and for all.
