America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) founder Simone Gold, MD, JD, was sentenced Thursday to serve 60 days in prison followed by 1 year of supervised release for her presence at the Capitol on January 6th of last year. She also must pay a fine of $9,500 and another $500 to the Capitol architect to compensate for damage the rioters did to the building.
But Dr. Gold is not being jailed for trespassing or participating in a failed insurrection – she’s being persecuted for speaking the TRUTH in the face of great adversity. Remember the riots during Donald Trump’s 2017 inauguration? 210 people were charged with felony rioting, which injured 6 police officers and caused over $100,000 in damages.
Only one of the rioters served jail time, and that was for the felony charge of assaulting a police officer. In fact, the D.C. government paid out $1.6 MILLION to settle claims of false arrest and excessive force.
Fast forward to 2021, however, and we’ve already seen more than 840 people arrested for entering the U.S. Capitol building, with charges ranging from obstruction of an official proceeding to assault. But 17 months after the attempted insurrection, a significant number of rioters are still awaiting their sentencing.
Only around a quarter of those arrested — 185 individuals — have received criminal sentences, while the rest are waiting for their trials or haven’t yet reached plea agreements. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, 80 defendants were sentenced to periods of incarceration.
Video footage also shows a Capitol Police officer murdering Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed 35-year-old female military veteran, by shooting her at near point-blank range. That officer was never charged.
U.S. District Court Judge Christopher R. Cooper said that he did not believe Gold was remorseful, as she testified she was. He claimed that she had not accepted responsibility: “what I haven’t heard is anything about the five people who died that day.”
This claim that the pro-Trump protesters on Jan. 6 went on to “kill five cops” is 100 percent fiction. In truth, not a single police officer died that day. Even left-wing PolitiFact had to admit that no police officers died during the events of Jan. 6. Only one officer died in the immediate aftermath of the protest, and that was Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who died of natural causes one day after the protests ended. The others committed suicide in the days and weeks following January 6th
Dr. Simone Gold has long been a champion of truth. She warned (correctly) that lockdowns would create a mass casualty incident and promoted the use of safe, generic treatments that had shown promise in real-world applications. She has sacrificed her medical license, professional reputation, and safety to bring this news to the American people.
She was an invited guest who peacefully delivered a speech designed to help Americans stay healthy. Now, she’ll serve the same jail sentence as Brock Turner (the Stanford University student who sexually assaulted an unconscious woman in an alley), Suzanna Norris (the drunk driver who killed a man in a hit-and-run collision), or Ryan Eugene Larned (the man who sexually assaulted an underage girl on an American Airlines flight).
Does any of this make sense to you? The logical explanation is that Dr. Gold is being punished for speaking the truth. This is censorship enforced by a tyrannical government. Dr. Gold has not been afforded her right to equal protection under the law; now, she’ll serve prison time for exercising her First Amendment right.
How long before they come for us all?
Below is the full statement from Dr. Gold and AFLDS:
Six months after America’s Frontline Doctors’ viral video of their press conference on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on July 27, 2020, Founder Dr. Simone Gold traveled to a free speech rally in Washington, D.C., to speak on January 6, 2021.
In the months between the press conference and January 6th, Dr. Gold was asked to present publicly on numerous occasions about physicians’ free speech and her experience of being fired for prescribing early treatment to Covid-19 patients.
By this time, she had also founded America’s Frontline Doctors, a division of the Free Speech Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Dr. Gold was scheduled to speak on January 6th alongside numerous other presenters after President Trump’s appearance at the rally, which had a government approved permit. At her expected start time, Dr. Gold was then told all speeches were suddenly canceled without explanation. Upon hearing this, Dr. Gold was amongst thousands swept into the Capitol building when the doors were opened from the inside, with law enforcement officers ushering people in. While there, Dr. Gold realized it was the only remaining moment to deliver her message to those who came to hear it, and so she gave her remarks there. When an officer instructed her to move towards an exit, she complied, and shortly after when asked to leave the building entirely, she did so.
The media coverage after January 6th showed carefully selected edits of violent scenes, but that was not Dr. Gold’s observation of the day. Subsequently, Dr. Gold was arrested and prosecuted along with hundreds of other non-violent citizens for being present at the Capitol. Dr. Gold reached a plea agreement for entering a restricted building. Her sentencing is scheduled today, June 16, 2022.
Dr. Gold did express regret for being involved in a situation that later became unpredictable, but what she is facing are the consequences of exercising free speech in today’s America. Like most January 6th defendants, she is a victim of selective prosecution – a defining feature of corrupted governments, and a direct violation of the equal protection guarantee of the US Constitution.
For example, consider that there were hundreds of arrests for violent protests in association with President Trump’s Inauguration in 2017. The government subsequently dropped all of those charges, including charges against people who were actually disrupting Congress from inside the Congressional gallery while Congress was in session. But with the January 6th arrests, the government has not only failed to drop any charges against nonviolent persons in public spaces, such as Dr. Gold, it has instead aggressively violated defendants’ civil rights at nearly every turn.
There are innumerable well-documented instances of January 6th defendants not receiving due process noted in the book January 6 authored by Julie Kelly. For instance, some defendants have been held in prison for nearly 18 months pretrial. In Dr. Gold’s case, she peacefully gave a speech on medical freedom and Constitutional rights in the public Rotunda. This resulted in the government violently arresting her in a surprise raid, breaking the front door of her home, using over a dozen FBI and law enforcement officers with assault weapons pointed at her from two feet away. The intent to terrorize her with this tactical assault suited to a raid on a violent drug cartel was unmistakable; she suffers from PTSD to this day.
Dr. Gold’s peaceful exercise of her 1st Amendment rights also resulted in numerous restrictions of her personal civil liberties and severe interference with her ability to serve the millions who look to America’s Frontline Doctors for life- saving information and civil rights support. This continued for over a year before any adjudication.
Such inequitable treatment based upon political preference shows the collapse of the rule of law. In addition, the government has aggressively refrained from arresting or prosecuting certain highly visible individuals seen on videotape who waived people into the building. The government has aggressively withheld 14,000 hours of closed-circuit security footage. The government has not disclosed how many FBI agents and assets were in the crowd. And the media lied when it stated five officers were killed – exactly zero officers were killed that day. The only person who was killed, Ashli Babbitt, a petite unarmed 35-year-old female military veteran posing no lethal danger, was gunned down by Michael Byrd, a Capitol police officer, who in a prior incident of severe negligence left a loaded gun with no safety in a public restroom. Byrd was never charged for Babbitt’s murder.
Dr. Gold remains committed to her advocacy for physicians’ free speech. In quoting George Washington, she said: “If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.” For over two years now, We The People have been under attack. Our Constitutional rights have been increasingly trampled and eroded. The First Amendment has been annihilated. This is unprecedented in our lifetimes.
A concerted effort has been undertaken to “cancel” physicians who do not follow the mainstream narrative. Dr. Gold has been targeted by these attacks since the White Coat Summit in July 2020 when she shared the news of lifesaving medications alongside many esteemed colleagues, now numbering in the tens of thousands. The California Medical Board subsequently threatened Dr. Gold’s license with an unfounded claim she was sharing “dangerous disinformation.” Meanwhile, data continues to grow in overwhelming support of her positions with every passing week.
The attempted silencing of this one doctor was just a preamble for what is to come throughout the nation. California AB 2098, an official government censorship bill, has just been passed through the CA State Assembly. This outrageous bill puts a gag order on doctors in exchange for a California medical license. Without a license, a doctor cannot practice medicine. When a doctor has a license revoked in any state, it is incredibly difficult, if not impossible, for that doctor to obtain a license in another state. This is career-ending. Further, AB 2098 proposes to violate the privacy of the doctor-patient relationship and create a new category of “unprofessional conduct” against doctors who provide education and early treatment for Covid-19. As we consider the results of Dr. Gold’s sentencing, one thing is clear. We are still far from the change that is needed. The Constitution is crumbling before us, and we must continue to stand for what is right. We will never cower to government threats and harassment. Dr. Gold risked her career when she stood against the mainstream narrative to save lives. Now, she still stands, risking her freedom, to choose what is right over what is comfortable. We must learn to be so bold and continue to stand together against the growing tyranny we face.

On Saturday 25th June 2022 I was due to talk to Professor Dolores Cahill on her show on TNT radio. I was looking forward to it very much indeed.
I telephoned the studio number in Australia and I spoke to the engineer.
All was going perfectly well.
But I was cut off before I could speak to Professor Cahill.
I telephoned three times.
Three times I managed to speak to the engineer. There was no problem with the line or the connection.
But each time the engineer tried to connect me to the programme, the line was cut.
This wasn’t a technical error.
It was a deliberate act of crude censorship.
Some outside agency (I don’t know which one and I don’t know which government it was working for) hacked into the line and prevented me speaking on TNT radio to share the truth.
It was sophisticated blocking and this wasn’t the first time this has happened.
Indeed, it has happened countless scores of times over the last three or four decades.
I recently wrote a piece for my website entitled `Suppressed, Banned and Demonised’ outlining some of the ways in which governments have successfully silenced me during the last few years – and particularly since March 2020 when I first exposed what I then called the `coronavirus hoax’.
During the last week or so, the security agencies have also blocked access to my new book `Social Credit: Nightmare on Your Street’ – blocking the connecting link from my video of the same name.
You may think that silencing one author doesn’t matter very much.
But it matters enormously.
It strikes right at the heart of our right to freedom of speech.
Politicians, newspaper editors and broadcasters talk constantly about the importance of freedom of speech.
But the plain fact is that we now have no freedom of speech.
For two and a half years everything I have said has been absolutely accurate.
But for telling the truth I’ve been lied about constantly by mainstream journalists, by government agencies, by internet giants and by bought for fact checking agencies.
Why?
Because I have been sharing truths that they don’t want sharing.
The authorities are terrified of the truth and they will do whatever they have to do to suppress it.
Can you imagine the fuss that would be made if a pro-vaccine doctor or a climate change protestor were silenced and blocked and hacked and prevented from speaking on a radio programme?
No! They must be allowed to tell endless lies.
But I must not be allowed to tell the truth.
We are clearly now living in a totalitarian society where only those telling officially acceptable lies may speak.
There is no debate because no one promoting vaccines, masks, lockdowns and the lunacies of climate change will dare debate with me.
And they won’t dare debate because they know they will lose. I have all the facts. They have only rhetoric and lies.
Nothing will change until more people find the time and the courage to stand up and make their voices heard.
