Hello. Ty and Charlene Bollinger here. We initially woke up to the “Medical Mafia” while researching and writing our first book, Cancer-Step Outside the Box, published in 2006.

You see, from 1996 to 2004, we lost several close family members to cancer, including Ty’s mother and father. Rather than just complain about the loss of our loved ones, we decided to do something.

WE DECIDED TO RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATE

So, over the next several years, we researched and investigated one topic – cancer – for literally thousands of hours.

What we discovered not only shocked us, but it outraged us as well: Non-toxic, effective, natural treatments for cancer are being systematically suppressed and cancer patients are dying due to lack of this vital knowledge.

Why?

Because the Medical Mafia and their “leg breakers” (like the FDA and FTC) control the flow of information and regulate the “approved” treatments.

After we published the book, Ty was contacted by a brilliant doctor in California who was included in the cancer book. He told Ty that he wanted to share a DVD. When asked about the topic of the DVD, he said it was about 9/11...

THE CONVERSATION WENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

“What about 9/11?” Ty asked.

“It was an inside job,” he replied.

“You’re crazy!” Ty retorted, quite indignantly.

To which he graciously replied, “You thought I was sane enough to quote me numerous times in your book, so the least you can do is watch the DVD with an open mind. Then, if you still think I’m crazy, then so be it.”

Fair enough. He had a good point...

… You see, many people had also called us “crazy” after we published the cancer book, so we decided to watch the DVD. But down deep in our souls, as we watched together, we wanted to prove, once and for all, that this doctor was a “nutter,” a “tin foil hat” wearing lunatic.

Guess what?

After 90 minutes of watching, we both were standing by the TV with our jaws about to hit the floor.

HE WAS RIGHT.

We just stared at each other, each of us with a sick feeling in the pit of our stomach.

We felt betrayed.

We felt deceived.

We felt cheated.

We felt misled.

We were alarmed.

And we were sickened by the fact that, for the first time in our lives, we realized that the USA wasn’t what we always thought it was.

We recognized that we were being constantly lied to by the very people that we trusted.

We realized that the “official story” about 9/11 is about as believable as the Easter Bunny, Keebler Elf, Santa Claus, and fairies with wings of pixie dust.

It’s a monumental myth... a ruse... a fable... a “tall tale” concocted to deceive the masses. And it worked like a charm on both of us – we swallowed it “hook, line, and sinker” – at least for a while.

But sooner or later, we all must wake up from the dream…

As is common with folks when they first “wake up,” we went out and told everybody about it, foolishly believing that they, too, would want to know the truth.

Little did we know that many people love being deceived and living in the matrix. We swiftly learned that there are folks who do not want to “wake up,” because the truth is too painful.

Our own friends and family literally laughed at us, got angry at us, ignored us, gossiped about us, and even ostracized us. We were called every name in the book – “insane”... “conspiracy kooks”... “lunatics”... “truthers.”

While we’re on the subject, we consider it a badge of honor when someone calls us a “truther.”

Why? Because the antithesis of a “truther” is a ... LIAR. So, yes, please do call us “truthers.” We love the truth! 

We were told that we “hate America” because we dared to question the official story. We were even told by relatives that we were insane and needed to go see a psychiatrist!

OK, so let us get this straight…

Since we questioned the official 9/11 fairytale, we were mentally unstable? Wow! We weren't expecting that. What a dagger. Huh? Nevertheless, the facts and the truth didn’t stop the cruelty or the name-calling. It was painful, and it actually still is painful, but we press on spreading the truth, knowing that there are still millions of Americans who are living in a fantasy world.

That’s our goal. To help wake people up from their slumber. To help them unplug from the matrix. To help them realize that almost every “official story” over the past century is nothing more than a “monumental myth” fabricated by those who want to control us and keep us asleep, deceived, and obedient.

We want people to start thinking for themselves and draw their own conclusions about current events, rather than mindlessly believing (and then regurgitating) the talking points spewed forth by the teleprompter-reading bobble-head “reporters” in the controlled mainstream media.

Glyphosate is linked to Cancer.  Countries in Europe are banning this toxic substance because of this.  We are being exposed to pesticides thanks to Monsanto and the others.  Oh, sure, we know any biotech backed studies deny the link but when you venture into independent studies it is clearly there.  
Sugar knocks out the immune system for 3 days according to my Naturopath.  That is greater than the 8 hours I have heard from other sources.  Sugar?  How about high fructose corn syrup (from GMO corn)?  It is in EVERYTHING!  When you start reading labels sure enough… there it is.   We NEED an intact immune system to fight off not only viruses and bacteria but also cancer cells.  

Our foods sources in the United States are LOADED with toxins. 

 We are daily being poisoned.  But we DO have choices.  I only buy non-GMO and Organic…. yet…. sugar……  

So I am putting down those “sour gummy worms” I bought last week as I sit here sick as a dog with something “flu like” knowing I DID THIS TO MYSELF!  I mastered my addiction of Coca Cola and now I MUST work on sugar.   Programming is so hard to overcome even for me, a registered nurse.  The food industry WANTS us all addicted and controlled.

By now, most of us know that October is a month to raise awareness about breast cancer.
Since only 10 percent of breast cancer cases are genetic, a huge part of this conversation revolves around cancer prevention through environment and lifestyle adjustments. We can’t control everything, but we can take certain actions to lower our risk—and cleaning up our diet is one of them.



I founded the Keep A Breast Foundation in response to the growing need for breast cancer awareness programs that focus on educating young people. My friends were being diagnosed in their 20s, and at the time I had no idea how early in life breast cancer could strike. It flipped a switch in my brain and I realized that it was my purpose to start these kinds of dialogues about preventive measures.
By eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods, you can reduce your risk of cancer while enjoying other benefits like a healthy weight, a lower risk of heart disease, and increased energy levels. Colleen Doyle, M.S., R.D., director of nutrition and physical activity for the American Cancer Society, explains, “Though there’s no one food that will reduce your risk of this disease, it’s the synergy between many nutrients—vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants—that’s likely to give you the most protection.”
Here are some easy swaps to make to eat with prevention in mind:

1. Protein bars

Sometimes it’s more convenient to just grab a protein bar when you don’t have time to cook a full meal. The problem is that a lot of these protein or meal replacer bars are full of added sugar. (Some have even more than the recommended daily intake of 25 grams!) Recent findings have suggested that sugar can directly affect tumor growth and spur the spreading of breast cancer.

Swap these with low-sugar bars.

When choosing a protein bar, read the label and look for ones with less than 10 grams of sugar. Be sure that you’re eating bars made from whole foods and not hard-to-decipher additives. Right now, I’m obsessed with GoMacro, for example.

2. Refined carbohydrates

A lot of starches sold in stores, like white rice or instant mashed potatoes, have been stripped of their nutrients. These refined carbohydrates can also contain additives that negatively affect our health. Not to mention, they require less work to break down so we tend to overeat them, which can lead to issues with blood sugar and inflammation.

Swap these with cruciferous vegetables

A recent study found that healthy carbs like legumes and nonstarchy vegetables were collectively associated with a 67 percent lower risk of breast cancer. Consumption of cruciferous vegetables in particular is known to lower your risk, and you can use them in so many different ways. Cauliflower rice or mash is one of my favorites—and it’s so easy to make or find in the store!

3. Sugary foods

We already mentioned sugar a bit, but it’s so worth mentioning again. Added sugar often sneaks into all types of food—not just desserts. Skip the dairy, bleached flour, and artificially sweetened treats and look to natural sources of sweetness instead.

Swap these with fruit

Raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, anthocyanins, vitamins, and a ton of other phytonutrients. Antioxidants are key because they help rid the body of free radicals and help cells repair themselves, possibly reducing the risk of cancer. These berries also contain ellagic acid—a natural anti-carcinogen and strong cancer-fighting compound.

4. Processed baked goods

Many baked goods are made solely of sugar, processed flour, and dairy and are therefore pretty lacking from a nutritional standpoint. But sometimes you want a yummy, comforting snack with your tea or coffee, and that’s totally OK! You can have baked treats that are delicious and healthier.

Swap these with baked goods made from chia seeds

Chia seeds have 30 percent more antioxidants than berries, eight times more omega-3s than salmon, six times more calcium than milk, and twice the potassium of bananas. Not to mention, they’re packed with fiber, and young adult women who eat a fiber-rich diet are 24 percent less likely to get breast cancer. They are one of the original super foods, and you can use them as egg or flour substitutes in all types of baking. Not to mention, they’re super easy to find in stores or online these days. You can put them in basically anything—smoothies, salads, oatmeal, even water—and reap all the health benefits.
