another case of cognitive dissonance, so sad to have the corruption verified..

Dead babies and Ireland's dark past

Irish church faces questions over mass grave
Bones of hundreds of children found in former septic tank thought to be those of orphans who died between 1926 and 1961. ( 04-Jun-2014 )
The search for a mass grave leads to inquiry into church-run homes for children born out of wedlock.
Tuam, Ireland - "Everyone knew there was babies buried here, but we thought it was only a small few," says James Mannion, a resident of this western town.
Camera crews and satellite vans assemble in the middle of a housing estate in Tuam. Mannion and other locals have come down to have a look. All are focused on a walled-in, grassy area the size of a basketball court.

Catherine Corless, a local historian, thinks there are 796 babies buried here, not including stillborns.
The site is on the former grounds of the Tuam Mother and Baby Home, which was owned by the Bon Secours nuns and was in operation from 1925 to 1961. This was one of several institutions funded by the state and run by the Catholic clergy to accommodate unmarried mothers - the "untouchables" of Irish life.

Unwed mothers brought their families great shame at a time when the Catholic Church's influence over society was strong, and children born out of wedlock who died often did not receive a Christian burial.
At the institutions, mother and child were separated after nursing, and the children fostered out or, sometimes, sold to prosperous American families. Meanwhile, the mothers stayed to work off their "debts". Some escaped to England. They risked arrest if they returned.

Corless remembers the home from her childhood. It was surrounded by 2.4-metre high walls topped with broken bottle caps. There were "home babies" in her school too, kept to "one side of the classroom, arriving and leaving at different times so there would be no interaction with 'ordinary' schoolgirls".
In 2010, she began to collect testimonies from former residents. Their conditions were miserable. They were fed little more than slops, and illness was rife.

Crowding and 'constant sickness'
JP Rodgers has also come down to Tuam to see what the fuss is about. He grew up in the home. His mother came from a poor family and, according to her son, she was arrested for begging when she was just two-and-a-half-years old.

As a result she had spent her own childhood in an industrial school. When she left to work in a "big house" at the age of 16, she was "taken advantage of", he said. She was placed in the Bon Secours home and they were separated when he was 13-months old.

I know there were measles epidemics at points, but the number is unbelievable. In one year alone, 57 children died aged between one month and three years.

- Catherine Corliss, local historian
His memories of the home are few, though he remembers the crowding and the "constant sickness". He stayed on until he was five-years old, when he was fostered by a family whom he says were unkind to him.
After three years of gathering testimony, Corless applied to the state registration office for information about the number of baby deaths that had taken place there. She was told that 796 had died.

"I couldn't believe it was that many. I know there were measles epidemics at points, but the number is unbelievable. In one year alone, 57 children died aged between one month and three years."

Her next step was to seek the location of the bodies. None of the babies' names appeared in local graveyards.

As the products of "sin", these babies weren't buried alongside others. Mothers didn't attend their baptisms. Instead, the "mother" listed on most of the baptism certificates is Bina Rabitte, an assistant matron.

Eventually, Corless concluded that they must be buried in an area close to the home, which she thinks was also the site of a defunct septic tank. In 1975, two schoolboys had discovered "small skulls" on the site. It had been covered over and seeded and local people had tended it for years.

Although Corless and a group of local people sent out a press release seeking funding to build a proper memorial, there was little response. "We expected an influx of shock and horror," she said. "We thought it would be front-page news."

Story goes 'ballistic'
Months later, the story was reported by an Irish newspaper, and outrage erupted on social media. Now, international coverage has caused the story to "go ballistic", said Corless' husband, who handled the phone at their home outside Tuam while she was being interviewed by a Danish TV crew.

Corless is shaken by the time she returns. It is afternoon and she still hasn't eaten. She's barely slept in recent days.

The causes of the babies' deaths have only been confirmed for 50 cases. They include measles, gastroenteritis, chicken pox, whooping cough, abscesses of the scalp, laryngitis, tuberculosis and extreme malnutrition.

A shrine is set up at the site of a mass grave of up to 800 children  in Tuam County, Galway, in western Ireland [EPA]

The obvious next step would be to order an excavation. Last week the police said they had already looked, though Corless said they had searched in a different place.

The septic tank may have garnered headlines, but the broader story goes beyond Tuam.

Newly released archive material from the Dublin Archdiocese shows that mortality rates in Tuam were either matched or exceeded by homes elsewhere in the country. Pelletstown in Cabra, Sean Ross Abbey in Roscrea, and Bessborough in Cork had death rates of up to one-third of their population in 1933.

Full statutory inquiry
"If something happened in Tuam, it probably happened in other mother-and-baby homes around the country," Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin told national broadcaster RTE.

"All the indications are that those who were running the institutions didn't understand, or did not want to understand, how you looked after children and how you examined the special care children needed at that early stage."

Evidence has also emerged that children in these homes were used for medical testing, and that their bodies were sold for dissections to medical schools. Poorer families were reportedly subject to worse neglect at the institutions.

The Irish government has just announced a full statutory inquiry into what went on in these Catholic Church-run homes.

Meanwhile, Corless continues to be in contact with many of the babies' relatives. Like many abuse victims, they have internalised their experiences and are often hesitant to identify themselves.

"I had an 80-year-old woman from England who told me terrible things, but then begged me never to use her name. They're ashamed. They still blame themselves," Corless said.

HOMOSEXUAL (Gay?) scandal at the heart of the Vatican: Pope Francis faces his first crisis

Pope Francis is discovering* just what a nasty place the Vatican can be. Having acknowledged that there was a "gay lobby" in the Curia, the Pope has been told that the man he's appointed to be prelate of the Vatican Bank, Monsignor Battista Ricca, has an allegedly scandalous gay past. Moreover, Ricca is not only Francis's personal representative at the bank: he's also Director of the Domus Santa Marta, where Francis has chosen to live. Indeed, the Pope often eats with the 57-year-old Ricca, whose supposed sexual indiscretions are the subject of an explosive article by Sandro Magister, Vatican expert of L'Espresso magazine.

The best guide through this troubling affair is Dr Robert Moynihan, one of the most respected of all commentators on Vatican affairs and the author of a new book about Pope Francis. I receive his email newsletter, the Moynihan Report, in which he sets out the sequence of events:
Ricca, a 57-year-old Italian prelate is a career Vatican diplomat who … in the past year, has directed the Domus Santa Marta, where the Pope is now living. In his post at the Secretariat of State, Ricca was in charge of accounting for all financial expenditures in all the nunciatures of the world. So he has a certain competence in economic matters.
His staff confirm that he is a considerate, thoughtful man. I myself, during recent stays in the Domus, have spoken with him several times, and he has spoken eloquently of the need for Christians to live out the Christian faith, especially through acts of charity toward the poor and needy.
During these years, Ricca got to know Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio [who] came not only to know Ricca, but to trust him.
When Bergoglio became Pope, and decided to remain in the Domus Santa Marta, he turned to Ricca, with whom he often took his meals at the great central table in the dining room, to help him in his work of cleaning up and reforming the Roman Curia, one of the main things the cardinals asked for in the days leading up to the conclave.
On June 15, the Pope named Ricca to perhaps the key post in the overall effort to reform the curia: his personal representative at the Vatican bank, to oversee every aspect of the managment and reform of the bank.
Since the Vatican bank is a very important "nodal point" for the Curia and for the Church, the Pope's decision to appoint Ricca as his "eyes and ears" at the bank immediately made Ricca much more important than he had ever been before, and a potential target of those who might wish that something up until now hidden at the Vatican bank might not come to light.
In other words, if there were any "weak points" in Ricca's personal or professional past that could be used either to condition, control, or discredit him, his appointment might have made it urgent (to some) to discover those "weak points," and then make use of them.
On July 3, Magister – himself a renowned Vaticanologist – ran an article claiming there was evidence that Ricca had engaged in "scandalous behaviour" while in the nunciature in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 2000 and 2001. But there were no specifics. As Moynihan says, it seemed like a public warning to Pope Francis. Nothing happened. Then Magister published a much more damning article, entitled "The Prelate of the Gay Lobby". He wrote:

The black hole in Ricca's personal history is the period he spent in Uruguay, in Montevideo, on the northern shore of the Rio de la Plata, across from Buenos Aires.
Ricca arrived at this nunciature in 1999, when the mandate of the nuncio Francesco De Nittis was coming to an end. Previously he had served at the diplomatic missions of Congo, Algeria, Colombia, and finally Switzerland.
Here, in Bern, he had met and become friends with a captain of the Swiss army, Patrick Haari. The two arrived in Uruguay together. And Ricca asked that his friend be given a role and a residence in the nunciature.
The nuncio rejected the request. But a few months later he retired and Ricca, having become the chargé d'affaires “ad interim" until the appointment of the new nuncio, assigned Haari a residence in the nunciature, with a regular position and salary.
At the Vatican they let it go. The substitute for general affairs in the secretariat of state at the time was Giovanni Battista Re, a future cardinal, he too originally from the diocese of Brescia.
The intimacy of the relations between Ricca and Haari was so open as to scandalize numerous bishops, priests, and laity of that little South American country, not last the sisters who attended to the nunciature.
The new nuncio, Janusz Bolonek of Poland, who arrived in Montevideo at the beginning of 2000, also found that “ménage” intolerable immediately, and informed the Vatican authorities about it, insisting repeatedly to Haari that he should leave. But to no use, given his connections with Ricca.
In early 2001 Ricca also got into a scrape over his reckless conduct. One day, having gone as on other occasions – in spite of the warnings he had received – to Bulevar Artigas, to a meeting place for homosexuals, he was beaten and had to call some priests to take him back to the nunciature, with his face swollen.
In August of 2001, another mishap. In the middle of the night the elevator of the nunciature got stuck and in the early morning the firemen had to come. They found trapped in the car, together with Monsignor Ricca, a young man who was identified by the police authorities.
Nuncio Bolonek asked that Ricca be sent away from the nunciature and Haari fired immediately. And he got the go-ahead from the secretary of state, Cardinal Angelo Sodano.
Ricca, dragging his heels, was transferred to the nunciature of Trinidad and Tobago, where he remained until 2004. There as well he butted heads with the nuncio. Finally to be called to the Vatican and removed from diplomatic service on the ground …
In Uruguay, the facts reported above are known to dozens of persons: bishops, priests, sisters, laypeople. Without counting the civil authorities, from security forces to fire protection. Many of these persons have had direct experience of these facts, at various moments.
But at the Vatican as well there are those who know about them. The nuncio at the time, Bolonek, always expressed himself with severity with regard to Ricca, in reporting to Rome.
And yet a blanket of public silence has covered until today these past episodes of the monsignor.
But if the article was intended to force Francis's hand, it didn't work. To quote Moynihan:

Once again, the Pope was not moved. He authorized Father Lombardi [his press officer] to deny the allegations, saying that Magister's report was "not trustworthy," and he did not ask for Ricca's immediate resignation.
So now the world is wondering: what is the truth? Why are these allegations emerging now, instead of (for example) when the Pope decided to stay in the Domus, directed by Ricca?
Why is the Pope not asking for Ricca's resignation, removing even the suspicion of scandal from the initial efforts of his pontificate to reform the Roman Curia?
In the past week, a couple of well-informed priests have contacted me about this crisis. Both noticed the same detail in Magister's second report. When allegations about Ricca were flying around, one of the Vatican officials who apparently chose not to act was Giovanni Battista Re – who went on to become a cardinal and Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops. Re is loathed by traditionalists, who blame him for undermining the pontificate of Benedict XVI; certainly as Prefect until 2010 he arranged the appointment of many bishops who were out of sympathy with Benedict's liturgical and theological opinions – and, also, he didn't handle the paedophile scandals with any skill. The last thing conservatives want is for Re to start flexing his muscles under the new regime; perhaps the Ricca affair will curb his ambitions.
What are we to make of all this? I agree with Moynihan that this is a crucial juncture in Francis's pontificate – his first crisis, and not a small one. But Moynihan hits exactly the right note when he writes:

I have been a Vaticanist for a quarter century. In those years, I have seen many cases when what seems to be true at first glance is not the truth, or not the whole truth. There is information, and there is disnformation. There are maneuvers to gain influence or to ward off change. This can even include discrediting a person with false charges. We must be very attentive to weigh all evidence and to ask: Is it true? Who provided the evidence? For what purpose or goal? Why now? And, could the facts have a more innocent explanation than appears at first glance? In short, we have to be cautious, and careful, and fair.

*Pope Francis is discovering* - HE KNEW IT ALL ALONG!

Ahh, the sins of the Roman Catholic Church, hiding in plain sight. Adoption criteria was race (whites only) class (money to pay = tho they claim they are not in baby selling racket. Who should I believe, my pre-programmed eyes or the fancy words of these that used religion as a bludgeon?

Ireland, don't let 800 babies found in mass grave be forgotten!

Ireland, don't let 800 babies found in mass grave be forgotten!

  • author: Amanda Thomas
  • target: Irish goverment

we've got 21,254 signatures, help us get to 22,000

Please sign this petition to pressure the Irish government to build a memorial at the site of nearly 800 children found in Tuam, County Galway. Because these babies did not ask to be put in these homes nor dumped like rubbish in an unmarked grave!!

The site is located at what was a home for unmarried mothers, run by the Bon Secours order, from the 1920s until the 1960s. Catherine Corless, a local historian and genealogist, was researching the home when she discovered death records for 796 children, ranging from infants to children up to the age of nine. There was a high infant mortality rate over the forty year period, with many of the children believed to have died from malnutrition and infectious diseases. She could also find no record of their burial in other graveyards in the county, or in areas where the mothers had been from. “We can safely assume that they’re all in that plot,” Corless told

She added that she is now trying to have the grave marked. "A group of us came together late last year, formed a committee, and decided that, when we discovered the enormous amount of children in that plot, it was time to do something. Local authorities have so far donated €2,000 towards the memorial, but those involved hope to raise €5,000 to build a plaque containing all 796 names and a small statue." However, fundraising efforts have been slow so far. “People aren’t really talking about the discovery,” she said. People don’t seem shocked, I don’t understand. “If two children were discovered in an unmarked grave, the news would be everywhere. We have almost 800 here.” The site was previously known to be a graveyard, locally suspected to be one for unbaptised babies or famine victims, but it was thought that a small number of children were interred there.

After the home was closed in the 1960s, two boys were playing close to the site when they discovered partially broken concrete slabs covering a hollow – a disused septic tank, which had been in use prior to the 1920s when the building was a workhouse but then emptied. ‘Filled with bones’ The boys broke the concrete and discovered a hole “filled to the brim with bones”. A housing estate was build where the home used to be, and a local couple had been tending to the graveyard plot for 35 years, trimming the grass and planting flowers.

Corless spoke to a number of people who were residents at the home, and said they were treated very harshly. “Some of the children from the home would attend the local school,” she said. “They were treated differently, went home earlier, and were all shipped off to an industrial school when they were around 7-years-old.” The Irish Mail on Sunday reports that a garda investigation is underway into missing death certificates at the home. As a result of this investigation, the site may be excavated.

We can't let the children who suffered at this site be forgotten. Please sign and ask the Irish government to help fund a memorial for these babies who never had a proper funeral.  less

"What's that? The Goyim are catching on?"

Its very easy to ring your relevant "Jewish Community Group" and ask them why they refuse to denounce and distance themselves from the constant stream of genocidal commentary coming from Israel and all levels of its society.
I rang the Sydney representatives for New South Wales "Jewery". 'The Jewish Board of Deputies' and spoke with their controversial CEO Vic Alhadeff. He asked me to text him questions as he was in a meeting. So I did.

I asked him why he had nothing to say on Jewish rabbi's, politicians and academics calling for the slaughter of Palestinian men, women and children? He replied that what I had "specified" were indeed "despicable" but not the "mainstream" in Israel - but that was it and when pressed he replied no more.
Israeli Aademic - you never heard this on Fox News
Just another Israeli politician quoting "JEWISH LAW"
He's only doing what his Rabbi taught him to do
Rabbi Ovadia Yosef
In 2010, as Obama's called for talks between Netanyahu and Abbas, Ovadia Yosef called Palestinians "evil, bitter enemies of Israel" and said "Abu Mazen and all these evil people should perish from this world. God should strike them with a plague, them and these Palestinians." SaebErekat of PLO said Yosef's remarks were tantamount to a call for "genocide against Palestinians." Previously Yosef had called Arabs as "vipers," and called for Israel to "annihilate" Arabs. "It is forbidden to be merciful to them. You must send missiles to them and annihilate them. They are evil and damnable."
The above then leads to this...
Maybe some are 1 of the snipers 13 kills that day?
Or maybe this one?

ME: "Hi Vic, some dialogue on the grossly inflammatory comments from Jewish religious leaders would be good. Also, Israeli academics calling for the rape of Hamas fighters wives, mother's and sisters. Also the Israeli sniper who bragged about killing 13 Palestinian kids. Also the Israeli Defence Minister signing letters of protection for IDF troops with known racist extremist group Chabad Lubavitch. There is also the matter of former head Sephardic Rabbi of Israel ovadia Yosef calling all non Jews "slaves" for Jews and inciting the murder of Palestinian men, women and children quoting this as "Jewish Religious Law". It would seem this "extremism" is mainstream in Israel rather than "marginalised". Will the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies make public statements denouncing and distancing themselves from this seemingly MAINSTREAM attitude coming out of Israel? "
VIC: " The specifics you cite are despicable. It is most definitely not mainstream opinion in Israel."
ME: " Agreed. But Both Ashkenazi and Sephardic Rabbi's have said the same things over and over again in Israel and on occasion in Western countries. I have countless quotes from Israeli politicians, business leaders, religious leaders espousing these views. Holy books quoted include Tanakh (O.T) Talmud, Shulkan Aruk and various other Rabbinic Commentaries from Mishna (Oral Law). Rabbi Ovadia Yosef is known as "The Rabbi for all Jews". He had 1 million mourners on the street for his funeral. Pictures abound of him embracing Prime minister Netanyahu and Shimon Perez. He has the "Shas Party" with 8 members in the Kinnesette and even the post of Foreign Minister. If these types of views are "despicable" why are the exponents of these views held in such high regard in Israeli society and why have groups such as yourselves not sought to publicly rebuke hose who expound on them?"
So, that was the end of that but I have no doubt Vic and the gang down at The Jewish Board Of Deputies are sleeping a little less well these days. After all, a "GOYIM", the son of a "SHIKSA" knows The Truth about exactly what "Judaism" is.

Jews are terrified when a Goyim can "talk the talk" on their dirty little secret - "Judaism"
Say these words at a party of the Jewish Board Of Deputies and you wont be invited again
The question IS, when are the Western mainstream media going to cease ignoring the elephant in the living room? Jews in Israel behaving like Genghis Kahn are NOT behaving out of character. They are being..."Jews". With apologies to Paul Eisen :-)
Please write, ring and email politicians, the media and Jewish Community Groups and tell them we have had enough of the "religion of peace and tolerance" known as Judaism and we would like the Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox Rabbi's arrested and assessed for their danger to the general community - especially Gaza and surrounding areas.
At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them - men, women and children. We left no survivors.
We completely destroyed them, as we had done with Sihon king of Heshbon, destroying every city - men, women and children.

...,to drive out before you nations greater and stronger than you and to bring into their land to give it to you as an inheritance, as it is today.
When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations - the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you - and when the LORD your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy.
You must destroy all the peoples the LORD your God gives over to you. Do not look on them with pity and do not serve their gods.
The LORD your God will drive out those nations before you, little by little. You will not be allowed to eliminate them all at once, or the wild animals will multiply around you. 23But the LORD your God will deliver them over to you, throwing them into great confusion until they are destroyed. 24He will give their kings into your hand, and you will wipe out their names from under heaven. No-one will be able to stand against you: you will destroy them.
Then the LORD will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you. 24Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the Western sea. No man will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God, as he promised you, will put the terror and fear of you on the whole land, where ever you go.
The LORD your God will cut of before you the nations you are about to invade and dispossess. But when you have driven them out and settled in their land, and after they have been destroyed before you...
You must certainly put to the sword all who live in that town. Destroy it completely, both its people and its livestock.

Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to an alien living in any of your towns, and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner.
For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you.

If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city. 13When the LORD you God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it. 14As for the men and women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder the LORD your God gives you from your enemies. 15This is how you are to treat all the cities that are at a distance from you and do not belong to you and do not belong to the nations nearby.

However, in the cities of the nations the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes. Completely destroy them - the Hittites, Armorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites - as the LORD your God has commanded you.
They devoted the city to the LORD and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it - men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.
When Israel had finished killing all the men of Ai in the fields and in the desert where they had chased them, and when every one of them had been put to the sword, all the Israelites returned to Ai and killed those who were in it. 25Twelve thousand men and women fell that day - all the people of Ai.
That day Joshua took Makkedah. He put the city and its king to the sword and totally destroyed everything in it. He left no survivors.
JOSHUA 10:30
The city and everyone in it Joshua put to the sword. He left no survivors there.
JOSHUA 10:32
The LORD handed Lachish over to Israel, and Joshua took it on the second day. The city and everyone in it he put to the sword, just as he had done to Libnah.
JOSHUA 10:35
They captured it that same day and put it to the sword and totally destroyed everyone in it, just as they had done to Lachish.
JOSHUA 10:37
They took the city and put it to the sword, together with its king, its villages and everyone in it. They left no survivors. Just as at Eglon, they totally destroyed it and everyone in it.
JOSHUA 10:38
Then Joshua and all Israel with him turned round and attacked Debir. 39They took the city, its king and its villages, and put them to the sword. Everyone in it they totally destroyed. They left no survivors. They did to Debir and its king as they had done to Libnah and its king and to Hebron.

JOSHUA 10:40
So Joshua subdued the whole region, including the hill country, the Negev, the western foothills and the mountain slopes, together with all their kings. He left no survivors. He totally destroyed all who breathed, just as the LORD, the God of Israel, had commanded.
JOSHUA 11:11
Everyone in it they put to the sword. They totally destroyed them, not sparing anything that breathed, and he burned up Hazor itself.

JOSHUA 11:14
The Israelites carried off for themselves all the plunder and livestock of these cities, but all the people they put to the sword until they completely destroyed them, not sparing anyone that breathed.
JOSHUA 11:20
For it was the LORD himself who hardened their hearts to wage war against Israel, so that he might destroy them totally, exterminating them without mercy, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
JOSHUA 11:21
At the time Joshua went and destroyed the Anakites from the hill country: from Hebron, Debir and Anab, from the hill country of Judah, and from all the hill country of Israel. Joshua totally destroyed them and their towns. 22No Anakites were left in Israelite territory, only in Gaza, Gath and Ashdod did any survive. 23So Joshua took the entire land, just as the Lord had directed Moses, and he gave it as an inheritance to Israel according to their tribal divisions.
This picture above all others will haunt me
